★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst service I've ever received, chaotic emergency room, terrible service, I waited at the reception for 2 hours then I was called to register and kept waiting for another hour to be answered. I had a sprained foot and pregnant.
when the doctor who was on duty on Saturday morning of February 5, 2022
went to examine me she took it and squeezed my foot I screamed in pain and she screamed together saying: SO I CAN'T DO ANYTHING! (NON POSSO FARE NIENTE) The she started to disagree with the nurse that he couldn't give me medication because I was pregnant, he asked them to take me out of the room because I was in a wheelchair, after more time waiting a nurse came and bandaged my foot and said that I should go to Lentini hospital for an ultrasound to see how the baby was doing.
Conclusion I waited more than 5 hours( I arrived at 9 am and left at 2 pm ) to then say I had to go to another hospital, I didn't understand why they didn't say anything before being seen, terrible service, unbearable doctor. It didn't solve my problem which was the foot and the baby. Never come back.
