 Very long waiting times, unclear and sometimes non-existent reservations. Unkind staff, discretionary opening hours ..., mediocre premises and hygiene.

Quest'estate a causa di una forte crisi allergica mi sono recato nel luogo in questione e il dottore si è rifiutato di visitarmi a causa del covid (nonostante il giuramento di Ippocrate) mandandomi al pronto soccorso. Di recente invece sono andato perché non riuscivo a piegare il braccio a causa di alcuni dolori al gomito e alla schiena, ho solo accennato i sintomi e senza nemmeno toccarmi e visitarmi il "dottore" di turno mi ha prescritto delle punture che si sarebbero rivelate inutili e chissà magari anche dannose, visto che successivamente ho fatto una visita dall'ortopedico il quale mi ha diagnosticato un altro problema e mi ha fornito un altra cura.
Consiglio vivamente di non recarvi qui in situazioni di emergenza, vi farebbero solo perdere tempo.

This summer due to a strong allergic crisis I went to the place in question and the doctor refused to visit me because of the covid (despite the Hippocratic oath) sending me to the emergency room. Recently, however, I went because I could not bend my arm due to some pain in the elbow and back, I only mentioned the symptoms and without even touching and visiting me, the "doctor" on duty prescribed me injections that would have been useless and who knows maybe even harmful, since I subsequently visited the orthopedist who diagnosed me with another problem and provided me with another cure.
I highly recommend not to go here in emergency situations, they will only waste your time.
