È già stato riparato due volte, la prima 20 giorni dopo averlo portato a casa.La seconda dopo 10 mesi , è stata sostituita la meccanica della poltrona, e ancora ha dei problemi Un odissea senza fine. A tutt'oggi mi ritrovo con un divano difettoso. Oggi l'azienda mi risponde che non può fare nulla perché è fuori garanzia.Non acquistate divani con meccanismi relax, qualità superscadente. L'azienda non tiene in considerazione certi problemi esistenti del prodotto già dall'inizio , dovrebbe avere più considerazione del cliente . Avete perso un buon cliente e sicuramente in futuro non consigliero' di sicuro di acquistare un prodotto Natuzzi. Complimenti per la vostra serietà.
