Per fortuna è uno store ufficiale, tutto quello che dovevo vedere l’ho visto da un’altra parte perché da loro solo su carta. The exact same item from them 110 €, other shop 65 €. I prezzi sono alti ma giustificati dalla qualità offerta. Possibilità di parcheggio proprio di fronte al punto vendita. Furniture and accessories shop of the homonymous brand. Quando poi mi é stata consegnata mi sono accorto che il poggia testa era troppo basso e quindi inutilizzabile. Non mi é stata offerta la possibilitá di fare il reso del poggia testa, nemmeno la possibilitá di permute con un altro modello. In generale sono stato molto mal cosigliato visto il costo elevato della sedia. La prossima volta andró all'Ikea, almeno li potró vedere le sedie dal vivo I bought an office chair. Dopo circa 4 anni tutte le sedie si sono deteriorate sulle cuciture e non sulla seduta. Quindi è ovvio che sia una difetto di fabbrica, le sedie praticamente non reggono il peso di due adulti ( media peso 70 kg). Ho provveduto a contattare direttamente la calligaris che mi ha dirottato al punto vendita. Ho parlato con la stessa persona che mi ha veduto le sedie 4 anni fa ( gentilissima) ma l'unica proposta è stata l acquisto die 4 nuove sedie con uno sconto. Capisco che la garanzia è solo di 2 anni ma questo è evidente un difetto di fabbrica. Pertanto la mia valutazione non è sul personale del punto vendita ma sul marchio Calligaris che si è rivelato pessimo per la mia esperienza We bought 4 chairs for 100 euros each 4 years ago. So it is obvious that it is a factory defect, the chairs practically do not hold the weight of two adults (average weight 70 kg). I proceeded to contact the calligaris directly, which redirected me to the point of sale. I spoke to the same person who saw me the chairs 4 years ago (very kind) but the only proposal was the purchase of 4 new chairs with a discount. I understand that the warranty is only 2 years but this is evident a factory defect. Therefore my evaluation is not on the staff of the store but on the Calligaris brand which turned out to be bad for my experience
