Da loro ho acquistato un Uzbek a giugno, a luglio riportato per problematiche, a settembre si erano impegnati a passare loro a ritirare il tappeto difettoso per trovare improbabili soluzioni alle nuove problematiche ma nonostante mail di sollecito anche da parte dell'associazione Altroconsumo non si sono più fatti sentire. Pessimo acquisto e pessimo servizio post vendita. Da evitare! Previously made purchases from Marco Polo, Iranian Loom, Tubai where they have always followed me even after the sale with courtesy and availability. I bought an Uzbek from them in June, reported in July for problems, in September they had committed to picking up the defective carpet to find unlikely solutions to the new problems but despite reminder emails also from the Altroconsumo association they did not more made to feel. Bad purchase and bad after sale service. Avoid!
