Nice historic shop, nice assortment, the staff is as helpful with customers as they used to be. The owner is truly extraordinary, despite her age she still has a great desire to do.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho preso questo piumino nuovo nel negozio di Tosi e sono rimasta davvero stupefatta perché non avrei mai creduto che un prodotto così leggero e soffice tenesse allo stesso tempo questo supercaldo! Ovviamente ho preso anche il copripiumino, il negozio ha un assortimento incredibile, davvero per tutti i gusti. Personale molto professionale e preparato. Tornerò!
I took this new duvet in the Tosi shop and I was really amazed because I never thought that such a light and soft product would keep this super warm at the same time! Obviously I also took the duvet cover, the shop has an incredible assortment, really for all tastes. Very professional and trained staff. I'll be back!

I prodotti sono di ottima qualità e pur vivendo a Roma trovo che la selezione che offre questo negozio è senza pari. Sono pronti per gli acquisti primaverili!!!!! Grazie a tutto lo staff!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ASSURDO. bella merce di buona qualità, ma certamente NON ECCELSA. Detto questo, MAI MAI MAI più in questo negozio.. Il titolare presente con barba incolta e con aria strafottente ti mette subito a disagio.. Ti fa sentire giudicato (da un incompetente).. Ti giudica dalla spesa che fai e ti dà del barbone con frasi del tipo "lei è il tipo che acquista nei mercatini" ero con una donna cui porto rispetto e quindi ho contato fino a mille per non rispondere a tono... Ero entrato per spendere 4/500 euro in lenzuola di raso... Ho speso un decimo... Vien voglia di vomitare di fronte a tanta ARROGANZA.. NON ANDATECI MAI.... UN CONSIGLIO
ABSURD. beautiful goods of good quality, but certainly NOT EXCELLENT. Having said that, NEVER EVER EVER again in this shop .. The owner present with an unkempt beard and with an arrogant air immediately makes you uncomfortable .. He makes you feel judged (by an incompetent) .. He judges you by the shopping you do and gives you some bum with phrases like "you are the type who buys in the markets" I was with a woman I respect and then I counted up to a thousand for not responding in kind ... I went in to spend 4/500 euros on satin sheets. .. I spent a tenth ... You feel like throwing up in the face of so much ARROGANCE .. NEVER GO THERE .... A ADVICE

Personale per nulla cordiale. Appena esci dalla porta il titolare si erge sul piedistallo per giudicare i clienti. Dopo aver speso i miei soldi per acquistare una fodera da cappotto e due sciarpe, il titolare, pensando fossi uscita, ha pensato bene di giudicarmi per la sostituzione di fodera che avrei dovuto fare. Sono uscita disgustata. Dopo pochi passi, sono volutamente rientrata per chiarire lo spiacevole episodio ma il titolare pretendeva di aver ragione dandomi della persona permalosa!
Sono uscita ripromettendomi di non metterci più piede ma purtroppo la fodera che mi ha venduto il sig. Tosi che vende tessuti da più di 50 anni, È DI BASSA FATTURA! Sono stata accusata di non saper cucire e di rivolgermi a qualsiasi sartoria lì vicino per farmi spiegare come avrei dovuto cucire la fodera del cappotto.
Ovviamente mi sono recata in una sartoria dove mi hanno accolto con cortesia e confermato che il tessuto che mi è stato venduto si sfilaccia/Strama facilmente e che il lavoro da me eseguito era corretto. Di questi tempi dove il cliente dovrebbe essere trattato con cortesia e competenza, sono stata trattata con arroganza e superficialità. IN QUESTO NEGOZIO NON CI METTERÒ PIÙ PIEDE!
I NOT PUT NEVER FOOT IN THIS SHOP!
Staff not at all friendly. Just walk out the door the owner stands on the pedestal to judge customers. After spending my money to buy a liner to coat and two scarves, the owner, thinking I was out, he has seen fit to judge me for the replacement liner I should do. I am disgusted output. After a few steps, it is deliberately returned to clarify the unpleasant episode but the owner claimed to be right by giving me the person offended!
I promised myself not to set foot out but unfortunately the lining that sold me Mr. Tosi which sells fabrics for more than 50 years, is LOW BILL! I was accused of not knowing how to sew and to address any nearby tailor to make me explain how I should sew the lining of his coat.
Of course I went to a tailor shop where I was greeted with courtesy and confirmed that the tissue that I was sold frays / Strama easily and that the work performed by me was wrong. In these times where the customer should be treated with courtesy and competence, I have been treated with arrogance and superficiality. IN THIS SHOP THERE WILL PUT MORE FOOT!
