★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aspetto da un mese un preventivo. Uscita a vuoto pagata 50 euro è mai più ricontattata per preventivo per riparazione scheda piano induzione e pulizia e smontaggio sportello forno. Pessimi.
I have been waiting for a quote for a month. Unloaded output paid for 50 euros is never again contacted for a quote for repairing the induction hob board and cleaning and disassembling the oven door. Bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incompetenza totale! Non sanno nemmeno come rimuovere un piano induzione!
4 appuntamenti per poi farlo estrarre dal mobiliere (in 30 secondi)….volevano che facessi smontare il mobile cucina sul quale non c’era nemmeno 2 viti che lo tenevano bloccato!
Tra l’altro non sapevano nemmeno che quello che loro pensavano fosse il mobile era il tubo di aspirazione della cappa interna che va estratto e inserito senza smontarlo….. unica nota positiva non rivederli per altri 4/5 appuntamenti inutili!
Total incompetence! They don't even know how to remove an induction hob!
4 appointments and then have it extracted from the cabinet (in 30 seconds) .... They wanted me to disassemble the kitchen cabinet on which there were not even 2 screws that kept it locked!
Among other things, they did not even know that what they thought was the piece of furniture was the suction pipe of the internal hood that must be extracted and inserted without disassembling it ... .. the only positive note is not to see them again for another 4/5 useless appointments!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parliamo di assistenza, quando un tecnico esce deve essere a conoscenza del contratto a cui si riferisce. Cambiare le carte in tavola può recare fastidio e non parliamo di pochi euro, ma ben di 120 euro. Per tutto il resto è stato cordiale a restituire il denaro dell’acconto. Spero possa essere d’aiuto questa recensione.

Let's talk about assistance, when a technician leaves he must be aware of the contract to which he refers. Changing the cards on the table can be annoying and we are not talking about a few euros, but a good 120 euros. For everything else he was cordial in returning the deposit money.
