Mia moglie si è recata al centro, su indicazione della ditta, per un prodotto difettato dopo meno di un mese di utilizzo. Risultava un bullone staccato. Alla prima analisi il tecnico ha dichiarato che a volte nei processi produttivi può capitare che un bullone resti infilato nel corpo macchina. (…). Ritenendo poco probabile quanto detto, abbiamo comunque lasciato li la macchina come indicato dalla azienda Kenwood.
Il giorno dopo la macchina risultava “riparata”. Con tanto di certificato prova meccanica che ricertificava il buon funzionamento dell’impastatrice.
Dopo pochi giorni la macchina stessa, durante l’utilizzo , si è completamente smontata come si può vedere dalle foto. Evidenziando che il famoso bullone non è stato neanche reistallato, e probabilmente la macchina non é stata neanche ispezionata.
Restiamo molto delusi della affidabilità della macchina ma sopra dal supporto prodotto della Kenwood è ancora di più da questo centro assistenza.
Tutte la faccenda é stata comunicata ad AltroConsumo che sta facendo tutte le verifiche del caso .

Bad experience with Kenwood mixer.
My wife went to the center, on the advice of the company, for a defective product after less than a month of use. It turned out to be a loose bolt. At the first analysis, the technician stated that sometimes in the production processes it can happen that a bolt remains stuck in the machine body. (…). Considering what has been said unlikely, we still left the car there as indicated by the Kenwood company.
The next day the car was "repaired". Complete with a mechanical test certificate that recertified the good functioning of the mixer.
After a few days the machine itself, during use, was completely disassembled as you can see in the photos. Highlighting that the famous bolt has not even been reinstalled, and probably the car has not even been inspected.
We are very disappointed with the reliability of the machine but above the Kenwood product support is even more from this service center.
All the matter has been communicated to AltroConsumo which is doing all the necessary checks.
