Incompetent and unprofessional people. They weren't able to be honest about the arrival of the replacement piece for the induction plan and made me wait 2 weeks.

Benché non fosse un elettrodomestico essenziale e sebbene la Bosch stessa non garantisca le tempistiche di riparazione, sono riusciti a risolvere il guasto in una settimana lavorativa.

I requested a warranty claim for my Bosch dryer, which required the machine to be picked up from my home.
Although it was not an essential appliance and although Bosch itself does not guarantee repair times, they were able to fix the fault in one working week.
