Per il venditore il problema anche dopo loro controllo non sussisteva e rispedita danneggiata. Portata in assistenza dalla delonghi e risolto il guasto. Recensisco a distanza di tempo perche solo ora mi è stata tornata dalla riparazione, DOPO UN ANNO, con sostituzione di sensore e scheda madre. Servizio al cliente pessimo, scortesi. Sconsiglio acquisto !! Se questi sono i toni post vendita del venditore meglio rivolgersi ad altri rivenditori
 Bad experience. Purchased DeLonghi coffee machine. Arrived and immediately reported a breakdown. For the seller the problem did not exist even after their control and returned damaged. Brought to assistance by delonghi and the fault resolved. I review after some time because only now it was returned to me from repair, AFTER A YEAR, with replacement of sensor and motherboard. Bad customer service, rude. I do not recommend buying !! If these are the after sales tones of the seller, it is better to contact other retailers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ E' l'amazon italiana..ma con la differenza che con Amazon e' quasi impossibile trovare un interlocutore, mentre qui c'e' la famiglia Grassi e dipendenti che ti aiutano e gestiscono i tuoi ordini e danno risposte chiare e oneste. Super consigliato per l'efficienza logistica.
Io ho comprato 4 grossi elettrodomestici per una seconda casa al mare che sto ammobiliando. Avevo la necessità di far arrivare gli elettrodomestici tutti assieme. Avendo Grassi shop un magazzino fisico, si fa spedire tutto dai vari fornitori e poi, dopo aver eventualmente rinforzato l'imballaggio e aggiunto un pallet di legno, li spedisce al cliente finale concordando le tempistiche. Non sono riuscito ad ottenere lo stesso servizio da altri negozi online ! Inoltre ottimo servizio di supporto telefonico/email, un portale per gli ordini costantemente aggiornato e chiare istruzioni di come gestire l'arrivo della merce. Consigliatissimo.
It is the Italian Amazon .. but with the difference that with Amazon it is almost impossible to find an interlocutor, while here there is the Grassi family and employees who help you and manage your orders and give clear and honest answers. Super recommended for logistic efficiency.
I bought 4 large appliances for a second beach house that I am furnishing. I needed to get the appliances all together. Having Grassi shop a physical warehouse, everything is shipped from the various suppliers and then, after having possibly reinforced the packaging and added a wooden pallet, it ships them to the end customer, agreeing on the timing. I was unable to get the same service from other online stores! In addition, excellent telephone / email support service, a constantly updated order portal and clear instructions on how to manage the arrival of goods. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I made an online order from this shop depended on the positive reviews here, but I am really disappointed from the serves level, no communication at all and they did not respond on the calls or messages .. the packaging is very very poor.
I received my order as two separate packaging in two days , the first one no protected box .. the second is very damaged box.
