★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stato colpito dall'estrema cortesia e aiuto malgrado l'impossibilità di riparazione di una asciugatrice. Ho preferito portarla direttamente in laboratorio ma dopo il controllo e alcuni tentativi non era riparabile.
Non mi è stato richiesto alcun pagamento (malgrado comunque abbia perso tempo per le verifiche) e ho ricevuto anche cortesi risposte ad alcune mie domande.
Ringrazio nuovamente per l'aiuto e la gentilezza.
I was struck by the extreme courtesy and help despite the impossibility of repairing a dryer. I preferred to take it directly to the laboratory but after the check and a few attempts it was not repairable.
I was not asked for any payment (although I still wasted time for checks) and I also received kind answers to some of my questions.
