Quando dopo 6 anni di onorevole servizio la mia lavasciuga ha iniziato a dare problemi, sono venuti subito i tecnici (estremamente professionali e disponibili) a prenderla e a portarmi gratuitamente una lavatrice sostitutiva fintanto che la mia non veniva controllata. E quando poi ho deciso di acquistare una lavatrice ed un'asciugatrice nuove, il giorno stesso mi hanno portato i prodotti che avevo scelto affidandomi al loro sapiente giudizio. When after 6 years of honorable service my washer-dryer started to give problems, the technicians (extremely professional and available) immediately came to pick it up and to bring me a replacement washing machine for free as long as mine was not checked. And when I decided to buy a new washer and dryer, the same day they brought me the products I had chosen, entrusting them to their wise judgment. Fully satisfied!
