★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il tecnico (che poi è il proprietario), arrivato su richiesta per controllo frigorifero in garanzia, in un minuto guardando il frigorifero dice che non presenta problemi e che sbaglio io a regolare la temperatura.
Tutto questo alzando sempre più la voce (a me ed al mio compagno che ha assistito telefonicamente alla scena) fino a arrivare ad urlarmi contro in maniera imbarazzante ed aggressiva ed andandosene sbattendo la porta e pretendendo oltretutto che l'uscita gli venga pagata.
Oltretutto siamo in periodo Covid e vivo in piena ZONA ROSSA: pur dietro mie ripetute richieste ha sempre tenuto la mascherina abbassata, parlando ed urlandomi in faccia, toccando cibi ed alimenti senza mai disinfettarsi le mani.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sconcertante. Il tecnico mi ha tagliato dei fili che hanno provocato un corto circuito lasciandomi senza l'induzione del gas e una parte della casa senza corrente. Quando gliel'ho fatto notare mi ha detto che dovevo chiamare un'elettricista perchè precedentemente era stato fatto un lavoro fatto male e se n'è andato lasciandomi nella situazione sopra descritta.
Disconcerting. The technician cut some wires for me which caused a short circuit leaving me without gas induction and a part of the house without electricity. When I pointed this out to him he told me that I had to call an electrician because previously a bad job had been done and he left leaving me in the situation described above.
