Ti aspetti che la consegna la facciano persone del marchio, invece arrivano 2 corrieri...........
Peccato io da voi non acquisterò più.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NON FIDATEVI! Gentili e premurosi finché non firmate l'acquisto. Ti descrivono il divano come il pezzo più importante della casa; poi, quando la consegna tarda ad arrivare, ti senti rispondere: Stia calma, in fondo stiamo parlando solo di un divano! ...dopo la consegna...meccanismo di sollevamento poltrona rotto dopo 2 mesi, devono ancora contattarmi dopo giorni e giorni. Stoffa lacerata dopo un anno, nonostante un utilizzo preciso e accurato...e mi rispondono che è sicuramente causato da un evento accidentale (non si sa quale) dovuto ad uno scorretto uso...certo se questa è la risposta che danno per ogni rottura allora tanto vale non firmare la garanzia!!! Comunque sottolineo che il tipo di stoffa era stato proposto come innovativo, super pulente e super resistente. Ripeto. NON FIDATEVI!!! I prezzi poi sono altissimi vista la qualità del prodotto. Ormai devo tenermelo così purtroppo visto che di soldi ne ho spesi veramente tanti!!!
DON'T TRUST! Kind and thoughtful until you sign the purchase. They describe the sofa to you as the most important piece in the house; then, when the delivery is late in arriving, you hear the answer: Don't worry, we're only talking about a sofa! ... after delivery ... chair lift mechanism broken after 2 months, still have to contact me after days and days. Fabric torn after a year, despite a precise and careful use ... and they answer me that it is certainly caused by an accidental event (we don't know which one) due to incorrect use ... sure if this is the answer they give for each break then we might as well not sign the guarantee !!! However, I underline that the type of fabric was proposed as innovative, super cleaning and super resistant. I repeat. DON'T TRUST !!! The prices are also very high given the quality of the product. Now I have to keep it so unfortunately since I spent a lot of money !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo neanche un anno di normale utilizzo (qualche ora la sera), una delle sedute ha completamente ceduto: chiesta la sostituzione della stessa, mi è stato rifiutato l'intervento in qualificandolo come "normale usura" e proposta una brutta soluzione di compromesso con un supporto aggiunto. Tanto cordiali e disponibili in negozio quanto scarsi nella garanzia e nell'assistenza prestata successivamente. Tutto difficilmente giustificabile per divani - da centinaia di euro - che dovrebbero durare nel tempo.
After less than a year of normal use (a few hours in the evening), one of the sessions gave up completely: when asked to replace it, I was refused the intervention in qualifying it as "normal wear" and a bad compromise solution was proposed with a support added. As friendly and helpful in the shop as they are scarce in the guarantee and in the assistance provided thereafter. All difficult to justify for sofas - from hundreds of euros - which should last over time.

I am looking for a sofa that satisfies me and also functional and I must say that they all have the material and design that you like, I have been followed and recommended well by competent staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottima accoglienza e disponibilità nel punto vendita di Treviso, tutti gli impegni presi e le tempistiche sono stati rispettati. La parte negativa è il prodotto.
Premessa: recensione scritta a 4 anni e mezzo dall'acquisto.
In casa siamo in 2 senza figli nè animali domestici e trattiamo il divano con una certa cura. Siamo costretti a cambiarlo perchè il tessuto scelto è vistosamente consumato nei punti in cui ci si siede, tutte le sedute si sono parecchio abbassate (ovviamente non ci saltiamo sopra e ci era stato detto che questi divani durano una vita se tenuti bene perchè di qualità superiore ecc ecc.....) considerato pure che di giorno non siamo mai a casa (e la sera molto spesso nemmeno) l'effettivo utilizzo del divano si riduce a questo ultimi 2 anni di pandemia in cui ogni sera ci stavamo sopra per guardare la tv o leggere; aggiungiamo che chi si siede non va oltre i 70 kg, trovarsi a dover cambiare divano dopo 4 anni, avendo speso quasi 3500€ da parecchio fastidio. I divani con questa durata dagli "artigiani della qualità" costano un terzo!

Excellent welcome and availability in the Treviso store, all the commitments made and the deadlines were respected. The bad part is the product.
Premise: written review 4 and a half years after purchase.
At home we are 2 without children or pets and we treat the sofa with some care. We are forced to change it because the chosen fabric is conspicuously worn in the points where you sit, all the seats have lowered a lot (obviously we don't jump on them and we were told that these sofas last a lifetime if kept well because of superior quality etc etc .....) also considering that during the day we are never at home (and very often not even in the evening) the actual use of the sofa is reduced to this last 2 years of pandemic in which we were on top of it every evening to watch TV or reading; add that those who sit does not weigh more than 70 kg, finding themselves having to change the sofa after 4 years, having spent almost € 3,500 from a lot of annoyance. Sofas with this duration from "quality craftsmen" cost a third!

Nice lounge with Natuzzi sofas. Courteous and professional staff. I have known quality as the owner of a Natuzzi sofa for more than twenty years, which I change on a whim not for decay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Primo accesso con commesso sbrigativo che mi ha detto di non aver nulla della misura richiesta. Secondo accesso altro collega paziente che mi ha fatto svariate proposte. In quanto ai millantati sconti decantati in TV non ho trovato traccia. Divani tutti non sfoderabili per cui la scelta quasi obbligata è la Per acquisti di misure standard si può trovare una buona scelta.
First access with a hasty clerk who told me he had nothing of the requested size. According to access another patient colleague who made me several proposals. As for the vaunted discounts praised on TV, I have not found any trace. All sofas with non-removable covers, so the choice is almost obligatory. For purchases of standard sizes you can find a good choice.
