Invece, e' venuto una volta e poi mi ha letteralmente "lasciato a piedi" ben 3 volte dicasi 3, fissa appuntamenti poi non viene, inventa scuse oppure non fornisce spiegazioni, si fa negare al telefono, senza motivo. Senza parole. Meglio pagare qualcosa in piu' e avere a che fare con professionisti affidabili. State alla larga. He seemed an inexpensive and honest one. Instead, he came once and then literally "left me on foot" 3 times 3 times, he makes appointments then he doesn't come, make excuses or give no explanations, he gets denied on the phone, for no reason. Without words. Better to pay a little more and deal with reliable professionals. Stay away.

Puntuale, preventivo onesto, pulito, cosa dire di più un bravissimo artigiano, difficile da trovare di questi tempi. Ovviamente numero salvato in rubrica. Given the many positive comments, I wanted to play it safe, and so it was. Punctual, honest, clean budget, what to say more a very good craftsman, difficult to find these days. Obviously number saved in the phonebook.
M	Maurizio Marrocco on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho avuto la necessità di far riparare una perdita di acqua dai tubi del lavandino del bagno. Ho chiamato il Sig. Putignano ed è venuto molto presto: il giorno dopo la chiamata! Il problema si è poi rivelato essere banale in quanto legato al fatto che l'idraulico che aveva messo le mani su quei tubi prima del Sig. Putignano ha messo le guarnizioni sbagliate (!) e quindi era naturale che ci fossero delle perdite dell'acqua. Il Sig. Putignano me le ha sostituite con le guarnizioni corrette e difatti da allora non si verifica più nessuna perdita. Il lavoro è stato quindi svolto in maniera soddisfacente e rapida. Faccio peraltro notare che lo spazio di lavoro dove ha dovuto operare era molto ristretto e quindi difficoltoso, in quanto il lavandino è incastonato in un mobiletto da bagno. Il Sig. Putignano ha effettuato la sostituzione delle guarnizioni senza lamentarsi nemmeno una volta della situazione. Per quanto concerne i costi sono rimasto molto soddisfatto anche su quel fronte, in quanto si sono rivelati essere molto contenuti. Non voglio dare cifre su Internet, però mi limiterò a dire che con il compenso che mi ha chiesto il Sig. Putignano per il lavoro e l'uscita a molti altri idraulici non basterebbe nemmeno per pagare la loro uscita!!! Lo consiglio quindi vivamente a tutti colore che avessero un qualunque problema di natura idraulica! I needed to have a leak from the bathroom sink pipes repaired. I called Mr. Putignano and he came very early: the day after the call! The problem turned out to be trivial as it related to the fact that the plumber who had put their hands on those pipes before Mr Putignano put the wrong seals (!) So it was natural that there were water leaks . Mr. Putignano has replaced them with the correct gaskets and in fact since then there is no longer any loss. The work was therefore carried out satisfactorily and rapidly. I also note that the work space where he had to work was very restricted and therefore difficult, since the sink is set in a bathroom cabinet. Mr. Putignano has replaced the gaskets without complaining even once about the situation. As for the costs, I was also very satisfied on that front, as they turned out to be very small. I will not give figures on the Internet, but I'll just say that with the fee that he asked Mr. Putignano for the job and output to many other pressure would not be enough even to pay their way out !!! I therefore highly recommend it to everyone who had any problems of a hydraulic nature!

Il Signor Fabio, dopo un preciso ed accurato lavoro, mi ha sistmato il tutto senza problemi ad un costo onesto. Rimasto totalmente soddisfatto!! Consigliatissmo!!! I needed to change the siphon in the bathroom sink because it was broken, the fittings with the bidet taps and a hose from the kitchen faucet. Mr. Fabio, after a precise and accurate job, settled me all without problems at an honest cost. Left totally satisfied !! Consigliatissmo !!!

Grazie al signor Putignano ho risparmiato un sacco di soldi perché i preventivi che mi avevano fatto altri idraulici erano a prezzi folli. Invece lui mi ha fatto dei lavori a regola d'arte, in tempi rapidi e a prezzi onestissimi. Lo consiglio vivamente Serious and prompt professional, at very honest rates. Thanks to Mr. Putignano I saved a lot of money because the quotes that other plumbers had made me were at crazy prices. Instead he made me work in a workmanlike manner, quickly and at very honest prices. I highly recommend it

Alla richiesta di rimborso e/o chiarimenti, l'artigiano ha prima fissato un appuntamento a cui non si è presentato e poi si è sistematicamente negato al telefono... e poi parlano male degli idraulici! P.s. In merito alla sua risposta, io ho descritto perfettamente lo stato delle cose. Il fatto che su 3 interventi, 2 non siano stati catastrofici, non la qualifica come un buon artigiano. Io ho in mano un verbale del tecnico autorizzato Hotspot-Ariston che afferma quanto sopra riportato (cattiva installazione). Se lei avesse voluto replicare o eventualmente confutare quel rapporto tecnico ne avrebbe avuto occasione e sarei stata ben lieta di accogliere la sua perizia. Credo che a più di un anno dall'accaduto lei non abbia più diritto di replica. Se, come dice, vuole migliorare, deve assolutamente evitare il verificarsi di episodi analoghi al mio e porgere le sue più sentite scuse (o meglio ancora rimborsi) quando non potrà evitarle. Ad oggi non ho ricevuto né scuse, né rimborsi. Alla luce della sua replica, confermo la mia insoddisfazione per il suo operato e sconsiglio fortemente le vostre prestazioni. Upon requesting a refund and / or clarification, the craftsman first made an appointment to which he did not turn up and then systematically denied himself on the phone ... and then they talk badly about the plumbers! P.Š. Regarding his answer, I have perfectly described the state of affairs. The fact that out of 3 interventions, 2 have not been catastrophic, does not qualify him as a good craftsman. I am holding a report from the authorized Hotspot-Ariston technician who states the above (bad installation). If she had wanted to replicate or possibly refute that technical report, she would have had the opportunity and I would have been happy to accept her expertise. I believe that more than a year after the incident she no longer has the right to reply. If, as he says, he wants to improve, he must absolutely avoid the occurrence of episodes similar to mine and offer his heartfelt apologies (or better yet reimbursements) when he cannot avoid them. To date, I have received no apologies or refunds. In light of his reply, I confirm my dissatisfaction with his work and strongly advise against your performance.
