Good, clean, reasonably priced and nice staff. The only flaw is the service which is definitely a little too slow and you lose questions.

A	Alessandra Martella on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Questo locale si trova esattamente alle spalle dell’Università dunque, se adeguatamente gestito, potrebbe diventare un punto di ritrovo per molti studenti. Tuttavia, più di una volta mi è capitato di recarmici con delle amiche per pranzo e l’unica cosa che ho rilevato è stata la maleducazione del personale. In più di una occasione siamo stati trattati male dalla proprietaria (Barbara). L’ultima, di una lunga lista, oggi quando, dopo aver ordinato, con largo preavviso, quattro panini ci siamo recati al locale alle 12.30 (orario concordato con loro per il ritiro) e ci è stato detto che il ragazzo addetto alla preparazione era appena arrivato e (usando testuali parole) “poverino, non era riuscito a preparare ancora nulla”. Non importa, attendiamo fuori. Arriva il momento di pagare, tiro fuori la banconota da 20 euro e mi viene risposto, in malo modo, che devo pagare con il bancomat perché “loro non sono una banca, non fabbricano resti”. Dopo aver detto che preferivo pagare in contanti (non sono obbligata a portare dietro la carta in ogni occasione), mi vengono sbattuti i soldi di resto sul tavolo e la proprietaria torna in cucina inveendo contro di me. Fortunatamente a rimediare, in più di una situazione, è intervenuta la ragazza riccia, sempre molto disponibile ed educata nei nostri confronti così come anche il ragazzo che sta in cucina, ma che poco possono davanti alla maleducazione della proprietaria. Mi dispiace ma non tornerò. This venue is located exactly behind the University, therefore, if properly managed, it could become a meeting point for many students. However, more than once I happened to go there with friends for lunch and the only thing I noticed was the rudeness of the staff. On more than one occasion we have been treated badly by the owner (Barbara). The last, of a long list, today when, after having ordered four sandwiches with great notice, we went to the place at 12.30 (time agreed with them for collection) and we were told that the guy in charge of the preparation was just arrived and (using exact words) "poor thing, he hadn't been able to prepare anything yet". It doesn't matter, we wait outside. The time comes to pay, I take out the 20 euro banknote and I am told, in a bad way, that I have to pay with an ATM because "they are not a bank, they do not manufacture changes". After saying that I preferred to pay in cash (I don't have to carry the card with me on every occasion), the change is thrown on the table and the owner comes back to the kitchen and yells at me. Fortunately, in more than one situation, the curly girl intervened, always very helpful and polite towards us as well as the boy who is in the kitchen, but who can do little in the face of the owner's rudeness. I'm sorry but I won't be back.
