A	Arianna N on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo state a Dispensa Emilia questa sera. Visitando Bologna, ci siamo imbattute in questo locale molto carino con tavoli anche esterni. Abbiamo ordinato un tagliere in due che comprendeva tigelle e gnocco fritto. Accompagnati da affettati della zona e altri prodotti tipici molto buoni, specialmente il pesto di lardo, un prodotto decisamente squisito. Tutto accompagnato da un buon bicchiere di vino rosso. Eravamo sazie percio non abbiamo provato la tigella con la nutella. Ma se dovessimo capitare nuovamente a Bologna la proveremo sicuramente. Personale gentile e disponibile. Lo consiglio, per provare prodotti del luogo in un contesto molto carino. We went to Dispensa Emilia this evening. Visiting Bologna, we came across this very nice place with tables also outside. We ordered a platter for two which included fried tigelle and dumpling. Accompanied by cold cuts from the area and other very good typical products, especially the lard pesto, a decidedly exquisite product. All accompanied by a good glass of red wine. We were full so we didn't try the tigella with nutella. But if we happen to be in Bologna again we will definitely try it. Friendly and helpful staff. I recommend it, to try local products in a very nice context.

Qui potete assaggiare alcuni dei tipici street food bolognesi, con pochi euro e passeggiare per la città. Ciò non significa che sia commerciale,anzi. La qualità degli ingredienti delle tigelle che abbiamo preso era degna delle trattorie top della città. Con circa 10/12€ abbiamo pranzato in due. Ma poi lo staff è super gentile. Advised! Especially if Bologna is packed and you can't / want to wait hours to sit at the table. Here you can taste some of the typical Bolognese street food, with a few euros and stroll around the city. This does not mean that it is commercial, quite the contrary. The quality of the ingredients of the tigelle we took was worthy of the top trattorias in the city. With about € 10/12 we had lunch for two. But then the staff are super nice.

Vasta la selezione di tigelle, alcune con abbonamenti particolari. Vi è la possibilità sia di mangiare qualcosa di veloce che fare il pasto completo. In entrambi i casi il lambrusco non dispiace. Recommended if you want to eat good tigelle just a step away from Piazza Maggiore. Possibility to sit both outside and inside. The staff very nice. There is a wide selection of tigelle, some with special subscriptions. There is the option of either eating something quick or having a full meal. In both cases the Lambrusco does not mind.
G	Gianpaolo Caforio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posto carino in via degli orefici Seduti di sabato a pranzo abbiamo aspettato un po' per il tavolo (perché non potendo prenotare bisogna aspettare che si liberi il tavolo come fanno giustamente molti locali della zona). Servizio molto gentile, personale giovane e sempre col sorriso sotto la mascherina. Abbiamo ordinato tutti le tigelle ripiene con tutti i vari gusti ed anche quella dolce. Gli ingredienti dei ripieni non ci hanno stupito tanto, anzi devo dire che non erano nulla di che, i salumi poco saporiti ed anche le verdure. Oltre a questo anche le tigelle un po' troppo sottili non mi sono piaciute, sono abituato alle tigelle più spesse che ci sono in giro e nei dintorni, queste tigelle erano troppo sottili per i miei gusti. Abbiamo preso da accompagnamento un lambrusco frizzante della casa, ottimo il prezzo ed il sapore non male. In totale si spende sui 13-14€, il prezzo non è alto ma si può mangiare di meglio allo stesso prezzo rimanendo nella stesso genere e nella stessa zona . Nice place in via degli orefici Sitting on Saturday for lunch we waited a bit for the table (because not being able to book you have to wait for the table to be free as many locals in the area rightly do). Very kind service, young staff and always with a smile under the mask. We all ordered the stuffed tigelle with all the various flavors and also the sweet one. The ingredients of the fillings did not surprise us so much, indeed I must say that they were nothing special, the not very tasty salami and also the vegetables. In addition to this, I also didn't like the slightly too thin tigelle, I'm used to the thicker tigelle that are around and around, these tigelle were too thin for my taste. We took a sparkling Lambrusco of the house as an accompaniment, excellent price and not bad taste. In total you spend about € 13-14, the price is not high but you can eat better at the same price while staying in the same genre and in the same area.

M	Miss Okley on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a dinner for two experience here on a Saturday evening and it was lovely. The food was authentic and tasted amazing (we had the Viaggio in Dispensa meal). Great vibe, really chill and fun. Customer service was also wonderful. Shoutout to Edward, the waiter, for making sure we felt welcomed and for attending to all our needs. I highly recommend it. Really good value for money.
