★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Too expensive when considering quality and quantity of the food. At first excited by the possibility of vegan options but they were disappointing. Salad tasted slightly off. Dry burger with 6 fries (although tasty). Long waiting time and ignorant staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have some nice vegan options (plus all cakes are vegan), but the food took almost an hour to arrive and was just ok. We got the vegan bowl but the tofu was bad so they replaced it, then they messed up my partner's bowl (half the ingredients were missing). The vegan burger was good but cold. The staff were really nice and compensated us with free cake, but we will not come back..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was a delightful find near Piazza Maggiore. The staff is friendly and happy to carefully explain their menu. They cater to all tastes, including vegan and gluten free!! The vegan salad, vegan Buddha bowl, and the polenta with mushroom along with the chocolate cake and chocolate cookie were fabulous!!! They offer indoor and outdoor seating. We used both as it started to rain as we finished our lunch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ when we arrived in bologna, we didn’t realize it’s that hard to find vegetarian restaurant (or just a place without meat scent) - fortunately we ended up here ! with so soft ravioli, with lasagna full of tastes this place is a good option for meat-haters ! also loved the way everything is served ! service is helpful and speaks english ! love it !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We took a day trip to bologna on a whim and found Bruscè on accident.
I've lived in Italy for a few months and this is the best tortellini I've had. It's so fresh. For me the ratio of stuffing, sauce and pasta is crucial and they do such a great job here. We ordered tortellini, tagliatelle, salmon salad and lasagna. Everything was great.
Another highlight was the service. My parents are new to Italy and the different way of dining out in Italy. The staff and owners were so accommodating and really went out of their way to make my mom comfortable. The owners also made an effort to make a personal connection sharing snacks from Puglia and offering advice on Bologna.
We will be back again and will definitely dine here as much as possible!
