Mi spiace solo per il tempo perso, e ovviamente cambierò concessionaria, ma da questa vi sconsiglio di andarci. Mi ha fatto provare una Cupra Formentor prima dell'acquisto, poi tramite ricerche interne mi ha trovato l'auto nuova in pronta consegna, poi mi ha accompagnato (andata e ritorno) nella sede Di Viesto di via Reiss Romoli a Torino per visionare l'auto ancora prima dell'acquisto. Berardi (con la sua professionalità e con il suo sorriso) mi ha dedicato del tempo, mi ha saputo consigliare ed ho potuto concludere l'acquisto senza intoppi. 5 stelle meritate, grazie Beppe! He let me try a Cupra Formentor before buying, then through internal searches he found me the new car ready for delivery, then he accompanied me (round trip) to the Di Viesto headquarters in via Reiss Romoli in Turin to view the car even before purchasing it. Preventivo migliore che in altri posti, prezzo davvero ottimo (cosa più importante ?). Venditore sempre trasparente, risponde chiaramente a qualsiasi domanda inerente. Ho dovuto attendere tanto per l'auto visto il periodo, ma giustamente il concessionario non ne può nulla, le auto non le producono mica loro. Al ritiro non mi ero accorto di un difetto, perché era buio fuori. Appena mostratogli il difetto mi è stato cambiato dopo 2 giorni senza problemi. Il venditore, Giuseppe BERARDI, era preparato ed è stato esaustivo; mi ha permesso di provare una vettura e mi ha fatto un prezzo davvero ottimo. Pochi giorni dopo aver firmato il contratto di acquisto, Seat ha presentato il restyling e mi ha proposto, senza sovrapprezzo, la nuova vettura, su cui sono presenti numerosi Adas e un abitacolo migliorato. A causa della penuria di chip, sono stati tolti dalla produzione due optional che avevo richiesto (e pagato). Ho chiesto a BERARDI se, al posto del rimborso, fosse possibile avere 4 pneumatici invernali e, grazie anche all’intervento del responsabile commerciale del concessionario, ho ricevuto da Seat 4 gomme Dunlop per le quali, anche acquistandole online, avrei dovuto spendere più di quanto avevo pagato gli accessori. Mi ha seguito per 3 settimane, senza continue chiamate o altro, finché non sono ritornato per confermare l'ordine. Ha saputo rispondere ad ogni singola domanda posta da me, e in testa non aveva il classico "copione" che in altre concessionarie mi recitavano, era semplicemente preparato nel suo lavoro. È stato davvero un piacere essere seguito da una persone fantastica come lui che ha saputo togliersi dal suo ruolo per qualche istante e dare consigli sinceri. Anche un mio amico 2 anni fa ordinò una Leon tramite il Sig. Berardi ed ebbe un'ottima esperienza.Questo è trattare bene i clienti. 2 giorni fa ho ritirato la macchina ed è fantastica superando le mie aspettative.
