★ ★ ★ ★ ★ venerdi’ 15/10 abbiamo ritirato la nostra T-Cross R-Line e la ADORIAMO (i bambini erano felicissimi appena l’hanno vista)… forse anche piu’ della nostra prima macchina Jeep che abbiamo venduto alla Pastorino. Sicuramente perche’ questa volta siamo stati assistiti (con la A maiuscola) come nessuno mai aveva fatto con noi.
Il destino ci ha fatto incontrare Andrea Viotti. Lui e’ stato il nostro Venditore: ci ha veramente trattati come suoi fratelli, ci ha coccolati, ci e’ stato dietro fino allo sfinimento( nel vero senso della parola: e’ dovuto stare dietro a tutte -ma proprio tutte- le chiamate/msg di mio marito) anche durante un momento di sconforto per un imprevisto. GRAZIE Andre! e Grazie anche ad Elisabetta e alla Sig.ra Cinzia che ci sono stati dietro fino all’ultimo dai pagamenti alla decisione della data per consegna dell’autovettura. E un grazie speciale anche al Sig. Antonio, direttore della Pastorino.

On Friday 15/10 we picked up our T-Cross R-Line and LOVE it (the children were delighted as soon as they saw it) ... maybe even more than our first Jeep car we sold to Pastorino. Surely because this time we were assisted (with a capital A) like no one had ever done with us.
Destiny made us meet Andrea Viotti. He was our salesman: he truly treated us like his brothers, he pampered us, he followed us until we were exhausted (in the true sense of the word: he had to keep up with all -but all- calls / msg from my husband) even during a moment of despair due to an unexpected event. THANKS Andre! and Thanks also to Elisabetta and Ms Cinzia who have been behind us until the last moment from the payments to the decision of the date for delivery of the car. And a special thanks also to Mr. Antonio, director of Pastorino.
We can confirm that the Pastorino Staff IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST! Highly recommended!

I have just bought my used and in perfect condition Golf 7 R Line. Seller Andrea V. was super nice and willing to answer any questions, even by texting outside of his business hours. He welcomed me immediately making me feel at home. Thanks also to Cinzia M. who was super nice and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reasonable customer service, but would not conduct a compression test on my car when requested, suggesting they knew best. There is a known problem with the VW cfca engine and a compression test is a good way to check if mine is affected. They had not heard of this problem and dismissed my request.
