★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Che dire, stamattina sono andato in officina per delucidazioni e appuntamento tagliando al 16 di questo mese, ho esposto al meccanico un problema riscontrato e senza se e senza ma al momento se n'è occupato, parlandone con un suo collega han trovato la causa in un sensore e m han consigliato come rimediare con un sistema elementare da tutti. Ho eseguito l operazione di rimedio, la moto nn ha accusato più il problema durante la utilizzo di tutta la mattinata quindi sembra risolto . Personale veramente disponibile e professionale. Grazie ancora.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had to bring in my 1299 superLegarra To have its chain checked as I had done 1300 miles, and they very kindly got me straight in and sorted it out – and they also identified a problem with it that do you catty in the UK hadn’t done correctly when the swinging arm was replaced. So I now have to ride back to the UK rather more gently than would otherwise have done, but a fantastic service by the team here in Turin. Thank you guys!

Really happy with the relentless service of Stefano. He tried the utmost to get me a fresh set of rubber when my tires got trashed after only a few days of riding the great but highly abrasive Alpine roads. Highly recommended Service with a capital S. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got into troubles with my Ducati in the middle of our motorcycle holiday. I called them and they said they had a lot of work already, but I could bring him in. When I arrived they immediately started looking for the problem. Problem wasn’t easily identifiable, but they kept on searching tough it wasn’t looking good. The next day they called me, everything was fixed. I was so pleased! They replaced only what was necessary, and not what we initially thought needed replacing. They’re super friendly and helpful, I highly recommend! Now we can proceed with our journey, thank you! :)
