★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho chiamato per un problema elettrico della mia moto. Nonostante non potessero seguirmi mi hanno "interrogato" al telefono per capire quale fosse il problema. Si sono preoccupati di richiamarmi per comunicarmi il numero di telefono di un esperto di loro conoscenza. Una gentilezza, pur non essendo mai stato un loro cliente, che mi ha lasciato a bocca aperta. Fossimo tutti così il mondo sarebbe un posto migliore. Grazie
I called to an electrical problem with my bike. Although they could not follow me they "interrogated" me on the phone to understand what the problem was. They are concerned to call me back to tell me the phone number of an expert in their knowledge. A kindness, whilst never having been one of their clients, which has left me open-mouthed. Would that we all so the world would be a better place. Thanks

Causa incidente, ho contattato l'officina ed ho trovato personale preparato, cordiale e disponibile e molto veloce nell'esecuzione dei lavori. La moto ora è in perfette condizioni, pronta a macinare km.
I became aware of this workshop through the old owner of my Vstrom. Due to an accident, I contacted the workshop and found staff trained, friendly and helpful and very fast in carrying out the work. The bike is now in perfect condition, ready to grind km.
