★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Passato la prima volta per delle viti da cupolino (che qualsiasi altro rivenditore mi avrebbe fatto pagare non meno di €50,00) e me le da a €10,00, facendo due chiacchere con Luigi mi rendo conto della sua professionalità e mi faccio fare un preventivo per dei lavori necessari.
Dopo due giorni gliela porto e, tempo di effettuare i lavori, la moto è pronta.
Alla consegna oltre a spiegarmi tutti i lavori effettuati (alcuni pezzi sostituiti erano fuori preventivo ma la cifra non è stata modificata dal pattuito) mi mostra le foto dei lavori effettuati nella loro officina.
Disponibile, professionale e molto cordiale.
Luigi ha una marcia in più sul servizio clienti!

I spent the first time for some windshield screws (which any other dealer would have made me pay no less than € 50.00) and gives them to me for € 10.00, having a chat with Luigi, I realize his professionalism and I do make an estimate for the necessary work.
After two days I bring it to him and, time to carry out the work, the bike is ready.
Upon delivery, in addition to explaining all the work carried out (some replaced pieces were out of the estimate but the figure has not been changed by the agreed), he shows me photos of the work carried out in their workshop.
Helpful, professional and very friendly.
Luigi has an edge on customer service!
Bravo and congratulations, now my FZ6 Fazer looks like it just came out of the dealership
