★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bella concessionaria. Tutto il personale è preparato e molto gentile. Ho acquistato un Tracer 7 e mi sono trovato bene in tutto. Una menzione speciale va fatta a Marco, il responsabile dell'officina, molto disponibile e professionale, attento ai dettagli e tecnicamente preparatissimo.
Nice dealership. All the staff are knowledgeable and very kind. I bought a Tracer 7 and I was happy with everything. A special mention should be made to Marco, the workshop manager, very helpful and professional, attentive to details and technically very well prepared.

competenza e trasparenza. Dalla vendita all’assistenza non posso che parlare bene. Il venditore, molto
preciso mi ha illustrato lo scooter e tutto quello inerente ad esso (le promozioni in essere, i tagliandi già
stabiliti dalla casa madre e tutto l’abbigliamento necessario per viaggiare in piena sicurezza). Il meccanico,
davvero bravo, mi ha spiegato dalla A alla Z tutto lo scooter trasmettendomi sicurezza e tranquillizzandomi
dall’agitazione del ritiro.
For me the flagship for Yamaha on Turin: in this dealership I found attention to the customer,
competence and transparency. From sales to assistance, I can only speak well. The seller, very much
precise showed me the scooter and everything related to it (the promotions in place, the coupons already
established by the parent company and all the clothing necessary to travel in complete safety). The mechanic,
really good, he explained the whole scooter to me from A to Z, giving me confidence and reassuring me
from the agitation of the withdrawal.

Sono stato seguito letteralmente dalla A alla Z: dalla scelta della moto, dagli accessori, all'assicurazione (servizio quest'ultimo utilissimo) e dalla scelta del casco, giubbotto e guanti. Mi sono interfacciato con diverse persone all'interno della concessionaria (ognuna addetta ad un specifico reparto/settore) e con ognuno di loro mi sono trovato sempre a mio agio circondato da gentilezza e disponibilità. Concessionario consigliato

I was literally followed from A to Z: from the choice of the bike, from the accessories, to the insurance (the latter very useful service) and from the choice of helmet, jacket and gloves. I interfaced with several people inside the dealership (each assigned to a specific department / sector) and with each of them I always found myself at ease surrounded by kindness and availability. Recommended dealer

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato 2 moto Yamaha l anno scorso ed ho fatto ad entrambe il primo tagliando dei 1000 km. Niente da dire su cordialità e professionalità del personale.
Però con grande rammarico ho scoperto ieri che non siete più concessionari Yamaha.
Dato che Vi ho lasciato un bel po' di soldi, una telefonata per informare i clienti sarebbe stata gradita.
I bought 2 Yamaha bikes last year and did the first 1000 km service on both of them. Nothing to say about the friendliness and professionalism of the staff.
But with great regret I discovered yesterday that you are no longer a Yamaha dealer.
Since I have left you a lot of money, a phone call to inform customers would have been welcome.
