Waiting in line gives hours of enjoyment watching the hilarious incompetence of people who are so utterly indifferent to the service they are providing. Don't be fooled, this is a genius ploy in order to upgrade you to their "express" service at vast expense. If your time isn't valuable to you and you do choose to use this service make sure you take a ticket as soon as you arrive and don't get jumped in the queue. When collecting your bags be aware that the queue does not seem to exist, we were ushered straight to the front desk feeling like we were inconveniencing them for hoping for our bags back.

Would give negative stars if I could. I did not think to check the reviews before. It's luggage storage, how hard could it be right? Apparently they invest all their money in signage around the station to get you there rather than proper procedures and customer relationships. Waited for over 30 minutes and missed our train, even though they knew we would pick up after a few hours. Poor experience, poor management, poor service, but at least the workers seemed to enjoy themselves. AVOID IF POSSIBLE.

Worst place ever! Super expensive, rude staff, poor service. 8Eur per bag for 6 hours, but you have to wait 40 minutes to get it back. Or you pay 12Eur per bag and you get your bag in 5 minutes. Allegedly. We paid the extra for 4 bags, so 48Eur and it took 17 minutes to get our bags. Staff was unwilling to help and rude. We almost missed our train to Venice, never ran so fast in my life, still uncertain if I'll have a heart attack or not. Bring back self service lockers!!! Urgh, the worst, never again

DO NOT GO HERE! This is by far the worst experience I have ever had! At first you think they are really fast when you arrive to retrieve your luggage, but once you have paid, it takes 20-40 minutes until they give you the bag. Even though we were 30 people waiting, they only retrieved one bag every 2 or 3 minutes. Several of the people who were waiting cried because they had missed the airport train. The staff is extremely rude and they work slower than snails. When a man said he was about to miss his train, the staff guy just looked at him with an arrogant smile and shrugged his shoulders. I hope God exists because each and everyone working at this establishment deserves a one way ticket to hell!

EUR6 for the first 5hrs, +EUR1 for the next. Luckily had no issues with getting my luggage back, waited less than 5mins but might be due to covid and visibly less tourists in Rome.

The experience was absolute terrible. We bought a more expensive service, which gave the advantage of getting our luggage instantly. But because of poor service and missing overview, we barely boarded our train to the airport in time. I would recommend NOT to use this service, since they charge a very high price (12 euro per. Luggage) and still let you wait 15-30 min to acquire your luggage. Extremely bad!

DON't use it unless is the only chance, otherwise don't use it either! huge queues'! so when you want your luggage back time still runs and u have to PAY MORE. I went with two small backpacks and tie them with a rope making like 1 bag and they made pay as two bags... don't use i!

Please note that this storage facility is open from 8am till 8pm. I think in such a big city as Rome, with multiple flights and trains coming in/out any time of the day and night, it’s just ridiculous (even the last train to the airport departures at 10.35pm). I was sure that they are open till late (also because of the article where I found out about this facility and that was updated on 9 September 2021 - it said the facility works till 11pm), I honestly didn’t even think to check the time of closure. So when I came at 9pm, everything was already closed. Calls to the customer support line / emails were not responded. I had to reschedule my 6am flight next morning to the later one as I couldn’t leave without my luggage. In my opinion, access to storage facilities should be 24/7, but at least they shouldn’t get closed earlier than 10pm. I had a super nice experience with Stow your bags in Bari - paid €13 for 24 hours, no need to wait in the line / talk to anyone, you just put your bag in the locker (spacious enough for a carry on and a backpack) and then pick it up whenever convenient (they are open from 7am to 11pm - which makes total sense to me). For the sake of interest, I checked if they are in Rome and they are - slightly more expensive than in Bari (€19 for 24 hours). Here, in addition to the fact I missed my flight and had to wait extra time and go to Termini in the morning to pick my bag, I paid €33 for 19 hours which makes the whole situation even more ridiculous. I wouldn’t recommend this service.
