E poi la gastronomia.... sapori antichi e gusti sopraffini. Il pane poi.... povero e sciapo, cotto a legna, come noi toscani desideriamo. Insomma, se volete assaggiare qualcosa di veramente sopraffino passate da questo locale. Zona Coverciano. Simply gorgeous. The best focaccia I have ever tasted ...... far better than many known "names". And then the gastronomy .... ancient flavors and superfine tastes. Solo una sfoglia di riso e un lievito alla mela. Entrambi molto buoni. Anche le vetrine, piene di dolci e salati, ti invitavano a mangiare tutto. Sicuramente ci tornerò quando sarò in zona.
