Non solo ho potuto avere l'appuntamento dopo 2 gg dalla chiamata ma come al solito l'orario fornito dalla prenotazione ha spaccato il secondo. A volte i servizi funzionano! For the 2nd time I took advantage of the analysis booking service and I found myself beautifully. Not only was I able to have an appointment 2 days after the call, but as usual the time provided by the booking split the second. Sometimes the services work!

Manca un camminamento protetto in caso di pioggia per accedere all'altro padiglione interno degli ambulatori. Structure accessible to people with disabilities or reduced mobility, reception staff a little too listless but all in all I have seen worse! There is no protected walkway in case of rain to access the other internal pavilion of the clinics.

Nella giornata di ieri mi ero procurato un leggero ematoma all'occhio quindi in seguito mi sarei recato al pronto soccorso oftalmico. Ho chiesto li al Presidio se c'era un oculista non impegnato e poichè uno di loro non aveva visitein corso si è dimostrato disponibile e mi ha visitato. Quando le strutture e le persone che le compongono funzionano va detto. Grazie dottor M. I was this morning to collect a blood test report. Yesterday I had a slight hematoma in the eye so I would later go to the ophthalmic emergency room. I asked the Presidium if there was an ophthalmologist who was not engaged and since one of them had no visits in progress he proved available and visited me. f	fabio croci on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale medico e infermieristico gentili e professionali, l'ambiente e gli ambulatori potrebbero migliorare sia strutturalmente, sia qualitativamente. Gli spazi interni un po' troppo angusti.
C	Claudio Montevecchi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vergognosi; sono una sede ASL e per qualsiasi problema a livello burocratico-sanitario non ti fanno entrare, nemmeno con le apposite precauzioni per parlare con qualche entità fisica...ti interrelazioni solo con l'accoglienza che funge da muro di gomma che ti da un numero perennemente occupato. A sto punto possono anche chiudere e allestire un call center. . Shameful; I am an ASL office and for any bureaucratic-health problem they do not let you in, not even with the appropriate precautions to talk to some physical entity ... you interrelate only with the welcome that acts as a rubber wall that gives you a number perpetually busy. At this point they can also close and set up a call center. .

Unico neo il personale alla reception. Alcuni gentili e disponibili ma ce ne sono un paio così sgarbati e maleducati, malvestiti e trassndati che è una vergogna siano stati messi al pubblico. La reception è la faccia dell' azienda. Ci vorrebbe poco a curare di più questo aspetto The paramedics are polite and professional and the environment is sufficiently clean despite the age of the walls. The only drawback is the staff at the reception. Some are nice and helpful but there are a couple that are so rude and rude, badly dressed and trassndato that it is a shame they have been released to the public. They called at the exact time I told them I would NOT be available and gave me an appointment with the wrong doctor.
