Due volte ho provato ha chiedere il preventivo con un disegno per comporre la cucina ma niente da fare evasivo e simpaticone.
Sconsigliato.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buona sera a tutti, io e mio marito abbiamo fatto una cucina qui da loro.
Siamo davvero amareggiati .. ci hanno venduto un piano cottura come il più resistente e duraturo ma peccato che dopo neanche 4 mesi abbiamo notato che rimane tutto macchiato( macchie di ogni genere tipo olio ,acqua ,schizzi di sugo e via dicendo..) all unica email che ci hanno risposto ci hanno detto che è stata l usura! Ci viene solo da ridere perché non pensavamo che in cucina ci si giocasse e no cucinasse!!! Dai, una cucina che è usurata non può avere solo pochi mesi di vita! Per di piu noi siamo "maniaci" per la pulizia quindi puliamo ogni qualvolta che cuciniamo.
A parte la "fregatura" e la "presa in giro" subita, neanche un sopralluogo sono venuti a fare e ignorano tutte le nostre email.
Bella disponibilità e professionalità!
Parliamo sempre di cifre grosse , non abbiamo comprato un litro di latte!
Amareggiati vi sconsigliamo di andare e fidarvi di chi come loro vende cose non vere!
Ah dimenticavo, vi promettono anche la garanzia di due anni !!!!!!

We are really bitter .. they sold us a stove as the most durable and durable but shame that after less than 4 months we noticed that everything remains stained (stains of all kinds like oil, water, splashes of sauce and so on ..) all the only email they answered told us it was the wear! We only have to laugh because we didn't think that in the kitchen we would play and not cook !!! Come on, a kitchen that is worn can not only have a few months to live! Moreover we are "maniacs" for cleaning so we clean every time we cook.
Apart from the "rip-off" and the "mockery" suffered, not even an inspection came to do and ignore all our emails.
Beautiful availability and professionalism!
We always talk about big figures, we didn't buy a liter of milk!
Embittered, we advise you against going and trusting those who, like them, sell things that are not true!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Io e mio marito abbiamo ordinato una cucina creo a fine settembre/ottobre con consegna metà dicembre. La consegna è avvenuta effettivamente a metà dicembre ma: non ci hanno messo lo zoccolo e lo schienale, hanno sbagliato il piano cottura e invece di portarci un'asciugatrice ci hanno portato una lavatrice. Dissero che sarebbero tornati a metà gennaio. La cucina inusabile senza lo schienale perché poteva andare l'acqua dietro i mobili. Sono passati ben due mesi, sono tornati e ancora non ci hanno portato lo zoccolo. Inoltre per cambiare il piano cottura ora il cassetto sottostante non si chiude più e dobbiamo chiamare e pagare un idraulico.
Assistenza pessima.
Aggiornamento: sono tornati a montare lo zoccolo 4 mesi dopo il montaggio della cucina e non avevano i ganci. Dovranno tornare ancora e questa cosa è assurda. Inoltre lo zoccolo è troppo corto per l'altezza della cucina, ma non vogliono cambiarcelo.
Oramai la cucina noi l'abbiamo pagata, ma sicuramente da noi avranno solo cattiva pubblicità. Una volta avuto il pagamento se ne fregano del cliente che è costretto a chiamare mille volte per ricevere assistenza. Poco seri, cambiate mestiere!!!
My husband and I have ordered a cuisine created in late September / October with delivery in mid-December. The delivery actually took place in mid-December but: they didn't put the hoof and the back, they made a wrong hob and instead of bringing us a dryer they brought us a washing machine. They said they would be back in mid-January. Unusable kitchen without the backrest because it could go water behind the furniture. Two months have passed, they came back and still they didn't bring us the hoof. Furthermore, to change the hob now the underlying drawer no longer closes and we have to call and pay a plumber.
Bad assistance.
Update: they went back to setting up the plinth 4 months after the kitchen was assembled and they had no hooks. They will have to come back again and this is absurd. Furthermore, the plinth is too short for the height of the kitchen, but they do not want to change it.
We have now paid for the kitchen, but they will certainly only have bad publicity with us. Once the payment is received, they do not care about the customer who is forced to call a thousand times for assistance. Not very serious, change your job !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza a dir poco vergognosa.. sapete quanto dura una cucina da loro? 6 mesi.. qualità pessima e poi si operatori di scarico davvero maleducati per non parlare delle persone all'interno.. SCONSIGLIATO.. meglio comprare altrove.

Entrati per decidere come realizzare la nostra cucina la commessa ci ha fatto capire che ci avrebbe dato assistenza solo se avessimo deciso di comprare una cucina da loro oggi. Ha iniziato a incalzarci con domande per sapere se eravamo pronti a comprare una cucina o meno. Nessun interesse su cosa ci serviva, nessuna disponibilità ad assisterci, nessun ascolto su quello che ci sarebbe piaciuto fare o meno nonostante avessimo un progetto dell'architetto in mano. Quando abbiamo fatto presente che forse per spendere 10/15mila euro ci vuole un po' di assistenza ha detto tornare in settimana. Il negozio era vuoto e forse se veniamo di sabato è proprio perché non possiamo venire nei gg feriali. Impossibile pensare di comprare una cucina con un tale servizio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff di vendita, fino a che devi comprare, gentilissimi e disponibilissimi. Ma finisce lì. Abbiamo speso 11.000 euro di cucina e il servizio di montaggio e assistenza è stato VERGOGNOSO. Sul loro progetto, loro schema tecnico e loro mobili il cassetto sotto al lavello non si chiude, andiamo a protestare e candidamente ci dicono che dobbiamo comprare noi un sifone salvaspazio, a spese nostre e a nostro carico anche il montaggio. Compriamo il pezzo, chiamiamo l'idraulico ma anche così non si chiude. Ci spiega l'idraulico che lo schema inviato dalla lube prevedeva lo scarico troppo basso. Il risultato lo allego nella foto. Potete immaginare la gioia di avere una cucina NUOVA DA 11MILA EURO con un cassetto tagliato con il frullino e una cappa con il buco al lato. Morale, la SCONSIGLIO, trovatevi un altro posto se non volete farvi il sangue amaro e avere una cucina nuova piena di problemi.

Il venditore, senza neanche farci sedere, si è presentato facendoci il terzo grado su dove avevamo fatto altri preventivi, i relativi prezzi e quanto volevamo spendere. Erano interessati solo alla somma che volevamo spendere, indipendentemente dal modello di cucina. Nel preventivo sono stati messi elettrodomestici costosi (che hanno fatto lievitare il prezzo finale) senza tenere minimamente in considerazione le nostre esigenze. Assolutamente sconsigliati.
