★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le stelle sono 2 perché la vendita è andata a buon fine ...facile fin qui...per l installazione e soprattutto il servizio post vendita tirate non una ma più monetine e sperate che non vi sbaglino o dimentichino qualcosa nel montaggio altrimenti entrate in tempi di attesa biblici...che passano da 1 settimana a 20 giorni per poi diventare 20 lavorativi se non 1 mese e mezzo per delle stupidagini...oltre a questo disservizio ( a soldi già presi) si unisce un servizio Post vendita imbarazzante che rasenta la presa in giro...
The stars are 2 because the sale was successful ... easy so far ... for the installation and above all the after-sales service, pull not one but more coins and hope that you are not mistaken or forget something in the assembly otherwise enter biblical waiting times ... which go from 1 week to 20 days and then become 20 working days if not 1 month and a half for silly things ... in addition to this disservice (with money already taken), an embarrassing After-sales service is added that verges on mockery ...

soddisfatti dal servizio.
A cominciare da Maurizio di MB Camerette che ci ha consigliato
nell' acquisto,all'ufficio consegne che ci ha contattato con lodevole
puntualita', e per finire ai mobilieri installatori per il lavoro di montaggio
che sono stati professionali, e cortesi. Un lavoro pulito. che non è da tutti.
grazie a Maurizio e tutto lo staff.
Recently bought a cupboard for the living room, we stayed
satisfied with the service.
Starting with Maurizio from MB Camerette who recommended us
in the purchase, to the delivery office who contacted us with commendable
punctuality, and finally to the furniture installers for the assembly work
who were professional, and courteous. A clean job. which is not for everyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Peccato non aver letto prima tutte le recensioni Azienda molto attenta a togliersi responsabilità da eventuali errori infatti dopo che vengono a prendere le misure ti chiedono di rimandare le misure prese da te con tanto di firma molto veloci nella consegna anche in anticipo tanto da non aspettare se devi finire I lavori a questo punto arriva la cucina bene misure di un pensile sbagliate pensili privi di fori per maniglie un pezzo mancante a questo punto essere veloci nel ripare all'errore sarebbe il minimo invece no con molta calma (certo i soldi li avevano presi tutti) ci sono voluti due mesi e alla richiesta di fare una modifica al pensile visto che doveva essere riordinato molto disponibili a dire NO Quindi Azienda poco attenta agli interessi dei clienti ma attentissima ai propri interessi Molto deludenti la stella solo per la recensione altrimenti erano -5stelle

Siamo stati guidati sin dall'inizio dalla splendida Carolina che ci ha aiutato ad incastrare le nostre esigenze con un'estetica moderna fino alla consegna eseguita con estrema professionalità da Marco e i suoi ragazzi. Cucina, living e camera da letto non hanno deluso le aspettative. Consiglierei questo store a chiunque.
Professionalism at the customer's service. At MB arredamenti in the Cecchina store our experience was fantastic. We were guided from the beginning by the splendid Carolina who helped us to fit our needs with a modern aesthetic up to the delivery carried out with extreme professionalism by Marco and his boys. The kitchen, living room and bedroom did not disappoint. I would recommend this store to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Evitatelo!!!! Non ho mai trovato così tanta mancanza di professionalità in tutte le persone coinvolte a vari livelli. Partendo dagli addetti vendita per arrivare ai montatori, passando per l'amministrazione, si sono tutti dimostrati superficiali, approssimativi e soprattutto bisognosi di essere sollecitati e controllati per ogni cosa facessero per evitare facessero errori o danni e purtroppo ne sono stati fatti molti, a vari livelli. Spesso mi sono sentito preso un giro. Diffidate delle belle parole che vi dicono. Esperienza pessima, do una stella solo perché non ne posso dare zero.
Avoid it !!!! I have never found so much lack of professionalism in everyone involved at various levels. Starting from the sales staff to get to the fitters, passing through the administration, they all proved to be superficial, approximate and above all in need of being solicited and checked for everything they did to avoid making mistakes or damage and unfortunately many have been made, to various levels. I have often felt taken for a ride. Be wary of the nice words they say to you. Bad experience, I only give a star because I can't give zero.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho scelto MB arredamenti perchè ho trovato lo store che a prima vista ha soddisfatto il mio desiderio di arredare la mia casa con mobili dal giusto compromesso tra qualità e il fascino e la bellezza di un arredamento moderno. Pezzi unici e preziosi di un design accattivante, dalla cucina alla camera da letto al living, non ho trovato nessun ostacolo al mio desiderio di poter personalizzare qualsiasi parte della casa dando risalto ai particolari. Dalla vendita, all' acquisto fino all'assistenza nella parte burocratica sono stata attenzionata con cura e disponibilità. Ringrazio particolarmente la Sig.ra Lorena per la pazienza e cortesia a me riservata a causa del mio procrastinare la consegna della cucina dovuta al rallentamento dei lavori di ristrutturazione per più di un anno causa COVID. La sig.ra Lauretta ha intuito sin da subito i miei gusti e le mie richieste riguardo il letto e la cabina armadio con molta professionalità. La squadra che ha proceduto al trasporto e montaggio della cucina Lube Clover ha minuziosamente lavorato con molta perizia al montaggio della stessa affinche il risultato finale fosse stupefacente e perfetto. Ringrazio l'ntero staff di MB Arredamenti: quando la qualità e l'eccellenza dei prodotti migliori incontrano i gusti dei clienti che cercano l'originalità e la cura dei dettagli non si può non rimanere soddisfatti delle proprie scelte.
I chose MB arredamenti because I found the store that at first sight satisfied my desire to furnish my home with furniture with the right compromise between quality and the charm and beauty of modern furniture. Unique and precious pieces of an attractive design, from the kitchen to the bedroom to the living room, I have not found any obstacle to my desire to be able to customize any part of the house by emphasizing the details. From the sale, to the purchase up to the assistance in the bureaucratic part, I have been attentive with care and availability. I particularly thank Mrs. Lorena for the patience and courtesy reserved for me due to my postponing the delivery of the kitchen due to the slowdown of the renovations for more than a year due to COVID. Ms Lauretta immediately understood my tastes and my requests regarding the bed and the walk-in closet with great professionalism. The team that transported and assembled the Lube Clover kitchen meticulously worked with great skill to assemble it so that the final result was amazing and perfect. I thank the entire staff of MB Arredamenti: when the quality and excellence of the best products meet the tastes of customers who are looking for originality and attention to detail, one cannot fail to be satisfied with their choices.

Ringrazio infinitamente il Signor Gelfusa, la Signora Lorena e il Signor Lorenzo per la loro disponibilità, gentilezza, comprensione e la professionalità che hanno dimostrato in ogni momento. Per ultimi, ma non meno importanti, vorrei ringraziare anche i ragazzi che hanno montato la camera da letto e le sedie sabato 30 aprile alle 9.
Purtroppo mi dispiace aver avuto due esperienze negative con due persone, che comportandosi poco professionalmente rovinano il lavoro di un gruppo, a mio avviso, fantastico.
Consiglio vivamente di fare una visita alla MB

Excellent quality of products, I bought the kitchen, the living room table with chairs and the bedroom and I am very satisfied. I infinitely thank Mr. Gelfusa, Mrs. Lorena and Mr. Lorenzo for their availability, kindness, understanding and professionalism that they have shown at all times. Last but not least, I would also like to thank the guys who set up the bedroom and the chairs on Saturday 30th April at 9am.
Unfortunately I am sorry to have had two negative experiences with two people, who, by behaving unprofessionally, ruin the work of a group, in my opinion, fantastic.
I highly recommend a visit to MB
