Onesti e meticolosi nei dettagli. I don't know if I'll buy from them ... I'm evaluating 3 different brands quotes ... but great shop and a really expansive stosa kitchen exhibition. Honest and meticulous in detail.

Sia dal settore vendite (Simone), molto cortese ma anche troppo frettoloso (considerando la spesa non indifferente che dovevamo sostenere) tanto che alla fine non siamo pienamente soddisfatti di quanto realizzato, sia dal montaggio, anche loro gentili ma frettolosi tanto che alla fine hanno commesso diversi errori. Per quanto riguarda la parte "cucina" vera e propria assolutamente nella media, per quanto riguarda gli elettrodomestici aggiunti di fascia medio-bassa. Honestly we expected better. Zero trasparenza prezzi: ti accumulano articoli su articolii sul preventivo, ti dicono che ti hanno fatto lo sconto per ammaliarti e poi magicamente ti espongono il prezzo finale che è comunque più alto di quanto ti aspettavi. Ma poi sconto rispetto a che? Se non sai il prezzo dei singoli prodotti (perchè non te lo dicono) e se non ti puoi calcolare la somma totale..... Inoltre ti chiedono anche dei soldi in anticipo per confermare il preventivo. Mah. Per quanto riguarda la qualità, nulla di eccezionale, tutto assolutamente nella media. Il montaggio lascia a desiderare: fatto in fretta senza precisione, alla fine ti rendi conto che ci sono diversi difetti. Non consigliato. I fully agree with what another user wrote. Ma la cosa sbalorditiva è che ci disprezzi talmente tanto che alla fine avresti comprato. Due sono i casi, o non hai capito quello che stavi comprando oppure siamo stati talmente bravi a venderti un prodotto che ritenevi essere più alto di quello che ti aspettavi. La persona che è incaricata a rispondere alle recensioni è stata molto diplomatica, io no, sono stanco di leggere quelle tre/quattro recensioni false come te, persone che non hanno mai messo piede nel ns. negozio, ripeto pagate da qualcuno solo per screditare la concorrenza. Ci ha seguiti Simone, che oltre ad essere molto gentile e cortese, ci ha aiutati in tutto, anche negli abbinamenti dei colori. Essendo la ns. prima esperienza nell'acquisto di una cucina, abbiamo cambiato spesso idea: a partire dagli elettrodomestici alla tipologia di mobile, facendo cambiare ogni volta progettazione e quindi preventivo...insomma abbiamo fatto impazzire Simone! Ho chiamato spesso in negozio anche durante i lavori di ristrutturazione e ogni volta sono stati tutti molto disponibili. Durante il montaggio poi, sono arrivati due mobili fallati e un altro era troppo preciso, la cosa è stata subito segnalata e dopo un mese ci sono venuti a montare i pezzi rovinati e a sostituire anche l'anta di larghezza troppo precisa, anche se non era propriamente necessario, è stata una loro cortesia. Mi hanno detto :"siamo sempre intervenuti". Ho tolto la recensione ora dal mese di luglio aspetto che vengano a sistemare lo zoccolo della cucina. Mi hanno detto:"ora stiamo chiudendo....a settembre A settembre :"quando capiteremo da quelle parti" Or siamo quasi a Natale.....aspetta e spera!!!! Non hanno capito che anche l'assistenza post vendita è importante perché il cliente è un passaparola e se si è trovato bene ritorna. Personale a mio parere qualificato e ben organizzato nella presentazione del preventivo ma soprattutto capace di ascoltare le mie domande. E' la mia seconda volta che capito da queste parti all'eur .
