Ho acquistato una cucina nel mese di agosto, è arrivata con pezzi fallati e altri mancanti. Sto ancora aspettando che vengano a risolvere il problema nonostante abbiano preteso e ricevuto anticipatamente il pagamento. Siamo a Natale e nonostante i solleciti non ho ancora nessun tipo di notizie...
Millantano la serietà e l'affidabilità di un'azienda tedesca ma non si comportano in tal senso. Probabilmente acquistando altrove non avrei avuto nessun tipo di problema e avrei risparmiato anche dei soldi.
Very bad seriousness.
I bought a kitchen in August, it arrived with failed pieces and others missing. I am still waiting for them to solve the problem even though they have demanded and received payment in advance. We are at Christmas and despite the reminders I still have no news ...
They boast the seriousness and reliability of a German company but do not behave in this sense. Probably buying elsewhere I wouldn't have had any problems and I would have saved even money.
