Ho acquistato da Binacci una bellissima cucina Snaidero Ola, non tra le piu economiche sul mercato, ma da loro ho trovato a mio avviso il prezzo piu basso su Roma. Qui ad anagnina, per sua sfortuna ho conosciuto Giampaolo, persona gentilissima e molto disponibile, bravo nel suo lavoro mi ha aiutato nella realizzazione del tutto, dalla A alla Z, nonostante avessi gia' in mente il mio sogno, e' riuscito a migliorare considerevolmente quello che era il mio iniziale progetto. i problemi possono capitare sempre, anche ai migliori, nel mio caso ho avuto un piccolo problema post montaggio, nulla di grave, ma , sono riusciti a risolvere il tutto nel minor tempo possibile. Ho comprato subito dopo anche la parete attrezzata del soggiorno, e uno specchio\orologio della Cattelan... spettacolo entrambi ! se dovessi tornare indietro di sicuro ricomprerei da loro. Here at Anagnina, to his misfortune I met Giampaolo, a very kind and very helpful person, good at his job he helped me in the realization of everything, from A to Z, although I already had my dream in mind, he managed to improve considerably what was my initial project. problems can always happen, even to the best, in my case I had a small post-assembly problem, nothing serious, but they managed to solve everything as quickly as possible. I immediately bought the living room wall and a mirror of Cattelan ... both show! if I had to go back for sure I would buy them again.

La scelta è stata fatta tra marche di grandissima qualità ma grazie al supporto e alla guida del venditore sono riuscito comunque a rimanere nel budget previsto. Il progetto realizzato si è rilevato fantastico e molto funzionale e questo grazie alla competenza di Gianpaolo, venditore attentissimo ma soprattutto architetto raffinato in grado di sposare gusto, conoscenza del prodotto ed esigenze del cliente, rivelandosi poi un referente costante e paziente in ogni momento (anche e soprattutto nella fase di post vendita) creando un rapporto di fiducia in cui mi sono sentito sempre "coccolato". Eccezionale anche la squadra dei montatori, precisi ed attenti, in grado di dar forma alla perfezione a quanto progettato con un risultato più grande delle aspettative. Insomma nella giungla che incontra chi, come me, deve arredare casa sono riuscito a trovare veramente il meglio che potessi desiderare sotto tutti i punti di vista. The team of fitters is also exceptional, precise and attentive, able to give perfect shape to what has been designed with a result greater than expectations. Il montaggio non è stato ultimato dato che a loro dire il top in quarzo da me ordinato non poteva essere portato a piedi sino al quarto piano dato le dimensioni eccessive. Puntualizzo che ho fatto da solo il trasloco e seppur non essendo un professionista del campo unitamente ad un mio familiare abbiamo trasportato per le scali pezzi di dimensioni analoghe anche con specchi. 2. In fase di montaggio lo zoccolo della cucina è stato tagliato inspiegabilmente più corto di quello che serviva 3 la cappa mi è stata montata a mio punto di vista non in maniera idonea. 4 in tutta fretta mi è stata smontata un presa riferendomi che dava fastidio e lasciandola a penzoloni dietro il mobile, quando bastava fare un piccolo taglio dietro lo stesso senza smontarla. Ribadisco sempre non sono un professionista del campo. Questi fattori sono stati per molto sgradevoli e di scarsa professionalità e a mio modesto punto di vista sinceramente vanno a rovinare il nome dell'azienda Binacci a fronte del buono operato 1 della sig.ra Carola la quale nella giornata di sabato si è prodigata per quanto di sua competenza a trovare la soluzione al problema del top. 2 dell'arc. Romaniello che con passione e dedizione curava la progettazione della nostra cucina. During assembly, the kitchen plinth was inexplicably cut shorter than what was needed 3 the hood was mounted in my view not in a suitable way. 4 in a hurry I was dismantled a socket referring to it that was annoying and leaving it dangling behind the furniture, when it was enough to make a small cut behind it without disassembling it. I always repeat I'm not a professional in the field. Siamo stati seguiti da Giampaolo, ottimo venditore e architetto che ci ha indicato prodotti consoni alle nostre esigenze ci ha consigliato come adattarli alla casa. Ci ha fornito un adeguado sostegno dall'inizio fino al montaggio vero e proprio con sopralluoghi, mail e telefonate. Ottime anche le squadre di montaggio che hanno eseguito i lavori con precisione e senza creare problemi all'appartamento. Io consiglio di passare in negozio per dare un'occhiata all'esposizione di mobili e per la cortesia del personale!
