Ci siamo innamorati della Beverly e abbiamo detto:"vabene dai vediamo a quanto ammonta il danno!" Ci ha "serviti" (tra virgolette perché siamo stati letteralmente coccolati) Thomas. Impeccabile in tutto:disponibile, professionale e preparatissimo sotto ogni aspetto. Ci ha consigliato al meglio cercando ogni offerta più idonea alle nostre esigenze. Dal rendering la cucina era già meravigliosa, ma dal vivo è mozzafiato! Abbiamo avuto non poche difficoltà per causa del covid ma Andrea è stato sempre molto gentile e disponibile, sia tramite e-mail che tramite telefono. Il signor Marino ed il suo collega taciturno, ma molto pratico e laborioso, sono una coppia lavorativa fantastica! Hanno montato la cucina con molta scrupolosita' ed attenzione. Ci hanno spiegato come trattare il top in quarzo e come mantenere ogni cosa tra un consiglio ed un sorriso. Leggendo recensioni negative mi chiedo:"Ma siete entrati nello stesso negozio?!" Ci vediamo presto per altri acquisti perché come di dice:"squadra che vince non si cambia!" Grazie di cuore, siamo soddisfattissimi! Thomas SEI GRANDEEEEEEEEEEEE! N. B. :giuro che metterò la foto a lavori di casa conclusi :renderà davvero giustizia alla cucina... Ma ero troppo felice:le dovevo pubblicare! : ) I state that we entered out of curiosity and fun: a Stosa kitchen who knows how much it costs !! Instead ... We fell in love with Beverly and we said: "Okay, let's see how much the damage is!" Thomas "served us" (in quotes because we were literally pampered). Impeccable in everything: available, professional and extremely well prepared in every aspect. He advised us best looking for every offer that best suits our needs. From the rendering the kitchen was already wonderful, but live it is breathtaking! We had many difficulties due to the covid but Andrea was always very kind and helpful, both by e-mail and by phone. Mr. Marino and his taciturn colleague, but very practical and hardworking, are a fantastic working couple! They have assembled the kitchen with a lot of scrupulousness and attention. They explained how to treat the quartz top and how to keep everything between a tip and a smile. Reading negative reviews I ask myself: "But did you enter the same shop ?!" See you soon for other purchases because as it says: "team that wins does not change!" Thank you very much, we are very satisfied! Thomas YOU ARE GRANDEEEEEEEEEEEE! N. B.: I swear that I will put the photo when the housework is done: it will really do justice to the kitchen ... But I was too happy: I had to publish them! :)

Un encomio a Thomas per il progetto e tutto il supporto fornito ante e post vendita nonché a Davide che ha montato la cucina al millimetro e a Cristian per l’armadio. Widely satisfied with the Stosa Infinity kitchen and bedroom (Tomasella corner wardrobe and V & nice bed) purchased here. A commendation to Thomas for the project and all the support provided before and after sales as well as to Davide who assembled the kitchen to the millimeter and to Cristian for the wardrobe.

I preventivi da me richiesti via mail sono stati forniti prontamente, a differenza di altri punti vendita che hanno preteso una visita in loco. Nei miei contatti preliminari ho avuto come interlocutore Thomas, il quale è stato sempre disponibile a chiarire ogni aspetto, contattando l'azienda produttrice in relazione ad un dubbio su una specifica tecnica del prodotto che mi interessava. Ho riscontrato efficienza e cortesia anche negli altri addetti con cui sono venuto a contatto, incluso il personale che si è occupato della consegna e del montaggio. Absolutely positive shopping experience, perfected remotely also, but not only, due to the Covid situation. The quotes requested by me by email were promptly provided, unlike other stores that demanded a site visit. In my preliminary contacts I had Thomas as an interlocutor, who was always available to clarify every aspect, contacting the manufacturer in relation to a doubt about a technical specification of the product that interested me. I also found efficiency and courtesy in the other employees I came into contact with, including the staff who took care of the delivery and assembly.

Per il mio salone(legno massello con marchio devina nais), pagato 30 per cento a novembre 2020 ed il restante ad aprile 2021 (alla consegna), ho concluso la trafila di chiamate a marzo 2022. I montatori hanno forato la parete finendo dall'altra parte del muro (fortunatamente un armadio a muro) che dovrà essere ritinteggiato. Il tavolo era di 10 centimetri più piccolo e me lo hanno riconsegnato a dicembre 2021 dopo aver telefonato 15 volte circa ed essermi recata 3 volte lì. Il tavolo è arrivato smussato ed altro tempo per venire a sistemarlo. Insomma il costumer care è da biasimare. Non lo consiglierei. Three stars only for the high quality of the furniture. For my living room (solid wood with devina nais brand), paid 30 per cent in November 2020 and the remainder in April 2021 (upon delivery), I completed the process of calls in March 2022. The fitters drilled the wall finishing from the another part of the wall (fortunately a built-in wardrobe) that will need to be repainted. The table was 10 centimeters smaller and they returned it to me in December 2021 after calling about 15 times and going there 3 times. The table has arrived blunt and more time to come and fix it. In short, the costumer care is to blame. I would not recommend it.

Mi sono recata di recente nel punto vendita di Roma per l'acquisto di una cucina per il mio nuovo appartamento. Ho trovato professionalità, competenza, gentilezza e soluzioni perfette per le mie esigenze. Donatella è stata bravissima nel progettare la nostra cucina, Thomas velocissimo nel sopralluogo per la verifica delle misure, Andrea ha coordinato le operazioni con la consueta disponibilità, Tommaso ci ha fatto uno sconto sorprendente per una cucina stosa che non immaginavamo fosse alla nostra portata! Ora non ci resta che attendere la consegna ed il montaggio, sicuri che anche questa fase sarà seguita con la massima attenzione. Grazie di cuore a tutto lo staff! ❤️ I have known Arredamenti Marcucci for years, I bought furniture that is 20 years old and that is still in excellent condition. I recently went to the store in Rome to buy a kitchen for my new apartment. I found professionalism, competence, kindness and perfect solutions for my needs. Donatella was very good in designing our kitchen, Thomas very fast in the inspection to check the measurements, Andrea coordinated the operations with the usual availability, Tommaso gave us a surprising discount for a stosa kitchen that we did not imagine was within our reach! Now we just have to wait for delivery and assembly, confident that this phase will also be followed with the utmost attention. Heartfelt thanks to all the staff! ❤️
