La merce esposta è sicuramente annoverabile tra quelle di fascia medio alta, con una particolare menzione per le cucine. A tutto ciò si abbina la competente professionalità e cortesia degli addetti alla vendita, che svolgono anche una funzione consulenziale dimostrando una spiccata predisposizione al soddisfacimento delle esigenze del cliente. G	Guido Guasco on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ad ottobre 2021 sono andato per fare il preventivo di una cucina (senza elettrodomestici e lavello), stesso quel giorno ho fermato il prezzo con un acconto, ma dovendo aspettare i lavori di ristrutturazione, solo qualche settimana fa (aprile 22) ho potuto far venire il tecnico per le misure esecutive. Tornando in negozio, per dei piccoli aggiustamenti (un lato cucina DIMINUITO di circa 15 cm con quindi il cambio di un mobile base con uno più piccolo), e aggiungendo piccolissimi particolari e un lavello (prezzo €410) vedo lievitare il prezzo di €1000. Al che chiedo un dettaglio prezzi, degli elementi aggiunti, che però non mi sarà mai consegnato. Scelgo quindi di togliere il lavello, ma mi vengono in un primo momento tolti €100 e dopo essermi lamentato €200, spiegandomi che era stato inserito all'interno del preventivo già scontato a più del 50% perché avendo fermato la cucina all'epoca avevo il diritto a questo tipo di trattamento... Quindi, senza mai darmi riferimenti ai prezzi, mi vorrebbero far credere che le poche cose aggiunte, avevano fatto lievitare il prezzo a €2000 per poi farmi uno sconto di circa il 50%... Va bene essere venditori, ma non so neanche se sia legale fare preventivi o acquisti senza aver sotto mano un chiaro riferimento ai prezzi. Concludo, dicendo che ogni passaggio avvenuto per e-mail, é stato da parte mia portato con il massimo rispetto (puntiglioso probabilmente, ma d'altronde non si parla di spicci) mentre in un paio di occasioni non ho visto la stessa educazione e rispetto da parte del venditore/trice. I conclude by saying that every step that took place by e-mail was carried out with the utmost respect on my part (probably meticulous, but on the other hand there is no mention of brims) while on a couple of occasions I have not seen the same education and respect. by the seller / trice.

Lorena, ha cercato di capire e venire incontro alle mie esigenze, sin da subito con la consegna in anticipo del frigorifero riuscendo a svincolarlo dalla consegna della cucine e risolvendo con pazienza e determinazione a tutti i problemi di grande entità che mi aveva procurato la venditrice Giulia. Mi hanno consegnato la cucina con quasi un mese di ritardo. Non mi hanno comunicato le modifiche che avrei dovuto fare (spostamento di prese etc.) dopo la supervisione del perito. Mi hanno consegnato un lavello scadente. Insomma fin quando non viene il perimetro, massima gentilezza e competenza del venditore, dopo che si è assicurato "l'incasso", sparisce, senza una telefonata nemmeno per scusarsi degli inconvenienti procurati. Siamo andati per comprare una cucina, ma ci siamo trovati talmente bene con Alessandro, che abbiamo acquistato anche un Living, una Cabina Armadio, un Letto Matrimoniale con cassettiera e comodini. Il motivo che ci ha indotto ad acquistare altri arredi e complementi è sicuramente frutto delle capacità di Alessandro che per noi è stato più un "architetto di interni" che consulente alla vendita.
