★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono entrato da Scavolini con il principale obiettivo di ordinare alcune componenti di ricambio per la mia cucina, usurate nel tempo.
MI ha accolto un Interior Designer, La sig.ra Daniela De Rosa che da subito si è dedicata alle mie esigenze seppur non ero entrato per acquistare mobili.
Nella conversazione, ascoltando alcuni suggerimenti di Daniela, mi sono lasciato incuriosire dalla possibilità di ampliare il set della mia cucina, aggiungendo un isola nello spazio che avevo a diposizione.
Lavoro come commerciale da circa 12 anni e devo dire che mi ha colpito come la Sig.ra Daniela non si sia comportata come la solita "venditrice" alla quale basta che alla fine della conversazione firmi il contratto di acquisto e via.
Non c'è stato dettaglio che non sia stato curato nella realizzazione dell'isola e delle sue componenti, passo per passo dalla scelta delle strutture, al montaggio finale, supervisionato a distanza da Daniela la quale si è assicurata che tutto andasse come doveva andare.
Professionalità e cortesia, purtroppo non sono mai inclusi nel prezzo, ma in questo caso sono stato molto fortunato ad incontrare una Professionista, molto competente e di una cordialità e cortesia unica.
 I joined Scavolini with the main objective of ordering some spare parts for my kitchen, worn over time.
I was welcomed by an Interior Designer, Mrs. Daniela De Rosa who immediately dedicated herself to my needs even though I had not entered to buy furniture.
In the conversation, listening to some suggestions from Daniela, I let myself be intrigued by the possibility of expanding my kitchen set, adding an island in the space I had at my disposal.
I have been working as a salesman for about 12 years and I must say that I was struck by how Mrs. Daniela did not behave like the usual "saleswoman" who just needs to sign the purchase contract at the end of the conversation and go.
There was no detail that was not taken care of in the realization of the island and its components, step by step from the choice of the structures, to the final assembly, supervised remotely by Daniela who made sure that everything went as it should go.
Professionalism and courtesy, unfortunately, are never included in the price, but in this case I was very lucky to meet a professional, very competent and with a unique friendliness and courtesy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Storia che tocca l'assurdo. Misure della cucina prese due volte ed entrambe sbagliate, pezzi mancanti. Ritardi e rinvii nelle consegne. Cucina saldata ad aprile, siamo a fine ottobre e ancora aspettiamo di vederla completa. Pessimi, soprattutto il post vendita. DA EVITARE.
History that touches the absurd. Kitchen measurements taken twice and both wrong, pieces missing. Delays and postponements in deliveries. Kitchen welded in April, we are at the end of October and we are still waiting to see it complete. Bad, especially after sales. TO AVOID.

We went to Scavolini to adapt our kitchen for the new home, we were looked after by Roberto Monforte, who was very kind, competent and very attentive to our needs. He was close to us at every step for the purchase and delivery of the kitchen, always showing professionalism and humanity. So much so as to push us to order from them, always followed by Roberto, also another kitchen and the laundry, which in our initial idea was to be done in a cheaper version, let's say! Such was the satisfaction that we decided to focus on the quality and professionalism of the Scavolini store.

After careful planning with Arch. Monforte who has followed us very well in all phases - from the order to even after the assembly - we finally have our new and splendid kitchen, with simple, modern and elegant lines. A model with a classic and at the same time modern design with high quality materials. Even the perfectly executed assembly fully reflects the conceived project.
