Da due anni cercavamo un biocamino ma non trovavamo nulla che avesse carattere. Quando sono entrata nel negozio Adem ho avuto subito la sensazione di essere nel posto giusto. Infatti è stato difficile scegliere! Vastissima scelta!!! Grazie ai consigli ed alla professionalità di Amedeo e del suo collaboratore abbiamo trovato esattamente il biocamino che faceva al caso nostro. Consiglio a tutti di andare a visitare il negozio. Troverete anche bellissima oggettistica e tante idee di arredo. To describe Adem with one sentence: the shop where you find welcome and warmth (and not because it sells fireplaces). Cercavo un biocamino di ottima qualità come complemento di arredo ma soprattutto con l’obiettivo di poter integrare il sistema di riscaldamento in previsione dell’inverno. Da subito sono rimasto colpito dallo show room, vero e proprio punto di forza, dove Amedeo, oltre alla vasta gamma di prodotti sia bio che elettrici, mette anche a disposizione un altissimo livello di design dove è anche possibile prendere spunti per la propria casa. Qui troverete oltre agli elementi per il riscaldamento, oggettistica varia e giochi d’acqua. Da subito sono stato accolto da un team estremamente professionale dove Daniele in particolar modo ha saputo consigliarmi al meglio nella scelta mostrando grande competenza sulla conoscenza dei prodotti. Insomma, non è soltanto un venditore…. Con questo acquisto ho vissuto una vera e propria esperienza, dove cortesia, competenza e professionalità sono stati i fattori protagonisti. ultima nota ma per questo non meno importante, la velocità. Due settimane dall’ordine ed il mio camino era pronto in casa per essere acceso con trasporto e montaggio a dir poco impeccabili. Sono rimasto favorevolmente impressionato dalla professionalità e dalla cortesia di Amedeo e di tutte le persona di Adem con le quali mi sono relazionato. Adesso la fontana funziona perfettamente. Inutile dire che il prodotto è di grandissima qualità, è di un'azienda italiana che si chiama BioKamino e che ha recentemente messo sul mercato questo prodotto interamente automatico che si può controllare anche tramite una app sul telefono, accensione, spegnimento e intensità della fiamma. Oltretutto il biocamino in questione ha un serbatoio per il bioetanolo che permette di non dovere ricaricarlo ad ogni accensione ma che fa si che il bruciatore si riattivi più volte solo cliccando sul tasto di avvio sia dalla pulsantiera posta lateralmente che dal telefono, comodamente seduti sul divano. Ma, a prescindere dalla qualità del camino, mi sento di dovere ringraziare Amedeo e la Adem intera per la professionalità con cui si sono sempre comportati con noi. Dopo l'acquisto ci hanno seguito nell'istallazione e, di fronte a qualsiasi problema che si è presentato, sono sempre stati disponibili, rapidi e molto cortesi. Ormai sono due anni che utilizziamo intensamente questo meraviglioso prodotto e tuttora sono davvero professionali e gentilissimi con noi.
