★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Voto zero : televisore portato nemmeno 6 mesi fa. Riparato e si è rotto per la stessa cosa,per lo stesso componente ..pochi giorni fa. Ovviamente risposta che la garanzia vale 3 mesi. Ora mi tocchere(bbe) riportare il televisione per "controllo" ( premetto che è un 55 pollici al plasma che per muoverlo ci vogliono persone..
Cog...ne io che ho portato a riparare il mio TV da loro... Facevo prima a buttarlo .
Se le regole della Comunità Europea funzionassero davvero e fossero ragionevolmente recepiti anche dal ns paese...sarebbe normale erogare una garanzia annuale su un pezzo sostituito.
Pessima esperienza. Abbiamo solo perso tempo e buttato 300 euro..
Zero rating: TV brought even 6 months ago. Repaired and broke for the same thing, for the same component .. a few days ago. Obviously I answer that the guarantee is valid for 3 months.
