★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prepotenti e presuntuosi. GLi porti un mezzo funzionante e te ne vai con il carro attrezzi perche' il tuo veicolo non parte piu'.
Il figlio del proprietario poi ( imbranato il padre...il figlio non ne parliamo ) fa pure lo spavaldo ( dentro quando e' spalleggiato )... poi lo incontri fuori ed e' un micino bagnato e spaventato...
Da evitare come la peste.
Overbearing and presumptuous. You bring him a working vehicle and you leave with the tow truck because your vehicle does not start anymore.
The son of the owner then (the father clumsy ... the son we don't talk about it) is also the arrogant (inside when he is backed) ... then you meet him outside and he is a wet and scared kitten ...
To be avoided like the plague.

Mi era stata assicurata l'assistenza vita natural durante per ogni tipo di problema alla mia bicicletta comprata da loro.. 5 mesi dopo l'acquisto, per un banalissimo controllo, mi chiedono dei soldi. Alla mia richiesta di spiegazioni mi dicono che quanto da loro precedentemente detto era uno scherzo.
Assenza di serietà e trasparenza.
Non ci tornerò mai più.
In my negative experience with them, they did not fulfill what was said in the sale with the facts. I was assured lifelong assistance for any kind of problem with my bicycle bought from them .. 5 months after the purchase, for a trivial check, they ask me for money. At my request for explanations they tell me that what they previously said was a joke.
Lack of seriousness and transparency.
I will never go back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ esperienza negativa un paio di volte. La prima: revisione bici richiesta appositamente accurata. Pagata salata, poco o niente fatto. La seconda volta con ruota bucata bici lì in ciclabile non sono stato assistito anzi é stata invitata mia moglie a non ingombrare il negozio mentre io dovevo andare a recuperare la mia auto. Evitateli.
bad experience a couple of times. The first: specially accurate bike overhaul requested. Salty paid, little or nothing done. The second time with a punctured bike wheel there on the cycle path I was not assisted in fact my wife was asked not to clutter up the shop while I had to go and retrieve my car. Avoid them.
