Ho portato la mia bici per un problema al sistema centrale, l'hanno tenuta 1mese e mezzo nel dimenticatoio riempiendomi, ogni volta che IO chiamavo , di scuse e bugie . Ho cercato e trovato il pezzo "introvabile "da sola ma anche così non hanno saputo cosa fare dicendomi che il loro meccanico era sicuro che il pezzo non fosse compatibile!. Peccato che l'ho portata ,ormai esausta , da un'altro negozio. Dove me lo hanno montato in 30 minuti con una spesa dimezzata. Evidentemente chi è abituato a riparare ferrari non riesce a riparare una ciquecento ! Chilling I am shocked by the arrogance and listlessness of these "experts". Quando dopo poche settimane ho realizzato che era esageratamente piccola ho chiesto di riprenderla e mi hanno offerto un prezzo ridicolo. Gli avevo lasciato 4000 euro tra bici abbigliamento ecc. Non mi vedranno mai più e lascio a voi commentare. My first bike bought from these. I 183 100kg ex military sailor but inexperienced with bikes, they sold me a nice Orbea 54. When after a few weeks I realized that it was too small I asked to take it back and they offered me a ridiculous price. La risposta di focus è stata che ho serrato male la ruota, (non ci sono specifiche sulla coppia nm di serraggio) La bici non ha mai preso colpi o cadute è stata solamente utilizzata. Assistenza pessima garanzia inesistente. Mai più comprerò una bici con garanzia focus Why NOT buy bikes with focus guarantee I asked for assistance in October 2020 and was answered in May 2021 after hundreds of misleading calls and replies The cervelo s5 frame suffered a loss of material at the wheel clamping point, being guaranteed for life I was sure to receive assistance. The focus response was that I tightened the wheel badly, (there is no specification on the tightening torque nm) The bike has never hit or falls, it was only used. Bad warranty assistance nonexistent. Never again will I buy a bike with a focus guarantee

B	Boris Kajmak on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My top of the range bike got stolen just a few days before going to holidays where I planned to do a lot cycling, including Stelvio Pass etc. I looked for BMC distributors in Rome and came across these guys. I was sure they will have one BMC model like in most shops in Germany that wave BMC flag outside, if I'm lucky. Oh boy I was wrong! This place is pro and you will more likely struggle if you are trying to find a model that is not top of the range. I almost got out for there with a lovely Pinarello. First thing is they are serious about cycling. Second is that they were brilliant and helpful. Super friendly and patient (my Italian isn't that great yet) although I did not buy a bike there in the end. Top of the range things have their price and they are also there about. In any case highly recommend this shop!!! Top guys
