Spiegazioni sempre dettagliate e chiarissime. Sono sempre i primi ad avere marchi che in tutte le altre farmacie ho trovato dopo almeno 3/4 mesi. Ormai non posso piú farne a meno. Well-stocked pharmacy and above all of a much higher level than many others due to the professionalism of the owners and employees. Always detailed and very clear explanations. Aggiungo disposizione introdotta dall'oggi al domani. Mi sono sentita rispondere alla mia richiesta d'urgenza visto che mi serviva il prodotto il giorno stesso "ci poteva pensare prima" capisco che il farmacista può incorrere a penali ma ad una cliente non si risponde in questo modo aggiungo anche con tono infastidito!!!! Non essendo amico di nessuno ho visto passare avanti come se niente fosse almeno 2 persone chiamate al banco senza rispettare la numerazione...in più, arrivato il mio turno, l'ho fatto notare e sono stato anche preso in giro con giustificazioni del tipo "non me ne sono accorta...." Fosse stato solo per oggi non mi avrebbero più rivisto, e tutt'ora non sono sicuro che ci tornerò.credo che la titolare dovrebbe rivedere il suo staff perché oltre che poco preparato e spesso impreparato e saccente sia anche poco serio e in un negozio normale sarebbe già grave..in una farmacia è ancora peggio. Per chi vive già mille difficoltà un sorriso ed un buon consiglio possono fare la differenza.
