★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stata loro cliente per qualche mese, l ultimo mese mi si rompe un unghia il giorno dopo che le ho fatte e torno li per farmela aggiustare e la proprietaria "erika" mi accusa di averla rotta io con i denti quando invece era stata fatta male l unghia, in tutto questo mi riaggiusta l unghia e dopo qualche giorno cominciano a staccarsi tutte le unghie...tempo prima avevo preso anche appuntamento con Giorgia la sorella di Erika per farmi le sopracciglia e quando vado li alle 10 non c era avevano cancellato l appuntamento perche si era operata al dente e non mi avevano nemmeno avvertita...il cliente ha sempre ragione mi spiace ma non ci tornerò più...poco professionali non le consiglio!!!
I was their client for a few months, the last month I break a nail the day after I made them and I go back there to fix them and the owner "erika" accuses me of having broken it with my teeth when it was hurt instead the nail, in all this I re-adjust the nail and after a few days all the nails begin to come off ... some time before I had even taken an appointment with Giorgia, the sister of Erika to make me eyebrows and when I go there at 10 o'clock they had not canceled the appointment because it was operated al dente and I had not even warned ... the customer is always right I'm sorry but I will not return more ... unprofessional do not recommend it !!!
