★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio tamponi decisamente pessimo. Dopo 24 ore ancora nessun esito. Alla seconda chiamata per avere delucidazioni il personale mi risponde in modo scortese. Capisco che il servizio viene erogato da un ente esterno ma se si decide di offrirlo va comunque presa in considerazione e gestita l'esperienza del cliente tanto più poiché parliamo di prestazione sanitaria e non della vendita di un aspirapolvere
Very bad tampon service. After 24 hours still no result. On the second call for clarification, the staff answers me in a rude way. I understand that the service is provided by an external body but if you decide to offer it, the customer experience must still be taken into consideration and managed, especially since we are talking about health services and not about the sale of a vacuum cleaner.
