Chiamato per ordinare un parafango originale Honda non era disponibile in casa allora mi è stato ordinato e una volta dopo aver evaso l'ordine, come da loro promesso, mi è arrivato in meno di 24h.
Dopo essermi arrivato l'ordine sono stato contattato personalmente da loro per accertarsi se il prodotto era arrivato e se era ok......che dire ci sono ormai gran pochi venditori che soddisfano il cliente e sempre disponibili per soddisfare ogni esigenza/richiesta.
Grandi, continuate così.

Called to order an original Honda fender it was not available in house then it was ordered to me and once after fulfilling the order, as promised by them, it arrived in less than 24h.
After the order arrived, I was personally contacted by them to ascertain if the product had arrived and if it was ok ... what about there are now very few sellers who satisfy the customer and always available to satisfy every need / request .

Ho appena iniziato il mio "cammino" nel mondo del Trial.
Ho acquistato il completo firmato Trial Academy e devo dire che mi sono trovato veramente bene come qualità.
Una volta ricevuto il pacco ho ricevuto anche un messaggio da Simone che voleva assicurarsi che fosse tutto in ordine e ovviamente lo era (gesto molto apprezzato e segno di professionalità e vicinanza al cliente).
Ho ultimamente effettuato un altro ordine affidandomi a Simone (cosa che vi consiglio vivamente, prima di ordinare dal sito scrivete al numero whatsapp e in brevissimo tempo Simone vi risponderà con tutte le risposte a ciò che cercate).
Avevo scelto alcuni prodotti ma me ne sono stati consigliati altri per avere una migliore qualità ed è questo il bello, anche se acquistate online avrete un servizio che sembra pari ad essere in negozio! con consigli e vasta scelta.
Che dire, un esperienza ottima, acquisterò ancora e volentieri da Simone di Trial Academy Centre!!! ?

I have just started my "journey" in the world of Trial.
I bought the Trial Academy suit and I must say that I felt really good in quality.
Once I received the package, I also received a message from Simone who wanted to make sure everything was in order and obviously it was (much appreciated gesture and a sign of professionalism and closeness to the customer).
I recently placed another order relying on Simone (which I highly recommend, before ordering from the site write to the whatsapp number and in a very short time Simone will answer you with all the answers to what you are looking for).
I had chosen some products but others were recommended to me to have a better quality and this is the beauty, even if you buy online you will have a service that seems equal to being in the store! with advice and a wide choice.
What can I say, an excellent experience, I will gladly buy again from Simone of Trial Academy Center !!! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il negozio è bello curato e ben fornito sia per quanto riguarda l'abbigliamento che gli accessori tecnici per il fuoristrada cosa che non succede spesso e comunque se qualcosa non c'è si fanno in quattro pur di accontentare il cliente! Dei ragazzi che dire?!gentilissimi , disponibili e anche preparati tecnicamente cosa anche questa non scontata oggi giorno, e come ultima cosa ma non meno importante si respira aria di passione per la moto , hanno sicuramente tutte le carte in regola per diventare il punto di riferimento del territorio per tutti gli appassionati . Super consigliato ?
The shop is well-kept and well-stocked both in terms of clothing and technical accessories for off-road vehicles, which does not happen often and in any case, if something is not there, they do their best to please the customer! What can I say about the guys ?!
