Quando si promette qualcosa ad un cliente, generalmente si fa di tutto per soddisfarlo e non si adducono scuse su scuse che al cliente interessano poco. A causa di promesse mancate purtroppo non potrò accedere al bonus bici e questo, mi sembra non trascurabile. Per la mia esperienza non consiglio questo negozio

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prezzo eccessivo: gli ho portato la ruota già smontata e avevo già tolto la vecchia camera d'aria. Per inserirci dentro una nuova camera d'aria SENZA rimontare la ruota (me la sono rimontata io a casa) mi ha chiesto 10 euro! Al mare, dove è risaputo che i prezzi sono il doppio che in città, mi chiedono 8 euro servizio completo (smontaggio ruota, sostituzione camera d'aria e rimontaggio ruota). Quindi sconsiglio questo negozio per le riparazioni. Spero siano più onesti su altre cose.
