Ottimi i pizzoccheri e consigliatissime le crostate con confettura fatta in casa. Da ripetere! After a pleasant and scenic walk suitable even for the less experienced, the crotto piazzaga is the ideal place for an informal but quality lunch (or dinner), surrounded by nature and with a terrace overlooking the lake. Abbiamo mangiato divinamente con prodotti del territorio cucinati con amore e semplicità. Consiglio la tappa a tutti gli amanti del trekking, delle passeggiate non in piano. Le nostre comunità montane sono le migliori aiutiamo loro a mantenerle vive. Grazie a presto. Mirco Tomasetto After a beautiful walk, going up from Torno and along the circular path passing from Monte Piatto, it descends towards the lake, lunch stop at the Piazzaga crotto where the managers welcome us, exquisite people in a typical mountain family atmosphere of the Crotti. We ate divinely with local products cooked with love and simplicity. I recommend the stop to all lovers of trekking, of walks that are not flat. Had a great meal nice walk great lunch with friends. Perfect and sociable atmosphere. Climb from Molina and descend from Montepiatto to Torno.
G	Gerardo Casati on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimo Crotto, gestione familiare. Ci siamo recati di domenica, una bellissima passeggiata nel bosco con dei gradini piacevoli ed un panorama fantastico. Consiglio di andare presto perchè bisogna parcheggiare sulla statale di Torno nell'area Parcheggio e salire a piedi o per la carrabile o per il sentiero nel bosco. Ci tornerò quest'estate con il sole. Excellent Crotto, family run. We went on a Sunday, a beautiful walk in the woods with pleasant steps and a fantastic view. I recommend going early because you have to park on the Torno state road in the Parking area and walk up either the driveway or the path in the woods. I'll be back this summer with the sun.

Circa 1 ora di camminata in salita. Ambiente rustico, piatti semplici (forse troppo!). Si potrebbero migliorare il menu e le porzioni... Nice place, reachable only on foot. It can be reached from Torno via the mule track (a bit bumpy) or by taking the loop that passes through Montepiatto. About 1 hour of walking uphill. Rustic atmosphere, simple dishes (perhaps too much!). The menu and portions could be improved ...

Magari un un aperitivo con tagliere. Una coppia gentile gestisce da sola una ventina di coperti, anche di più con la turnazione, ma i piatti, come ammesso dalla stessa cuoca, sono veramente sciapi. Una cliente ha chiesto il sale, un altro tavolo ha osservato che lo spezzatino era buono ma poco salato. Quindi non sono la sola, anzi, e mi sono trattenuta dal chiedere il sale anch'io. Poi avevo chiesto solo lo spezzatino con i funghi, senza la polenta, che andava pagata 3 € a parte, ed invece mi è stata servita. Carini che mi hanno offerto un amaro fatto da loro, ma non raggiunge la sufficienza, per me. E ripeto che mi dispiace, anche il posto è molto carino e rustico. Then I only asked for the stew with mushrooms, without the polenta, which had to be paid € 3 separately, and instead I was served. Carini who offered me a bitter made by them, but does not reach enough for me. And I repeat that I'm sorry, the place is also very nice and rustic.
