Always polite and courteous except today that I found a new arrogant cashier not very available and not at all courteous .... and thank goodness that it has just passed Christmas and we will all have to be better

Too many expenses and "skills" hidden in the current account. Never had explanations as to what they meant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ovviamente se ti devono essere accreditati dei soldi si salta al primo giorno feriale utile...se ti devono scalare i soldi del mutuo il 5 del mese e il 5 cade di domenica te li scalano il venerdì PRIMA...pessimi!
Obviously if you have to be credited with money, you jump to the first working day ... if you have to pay off the loan money on the 5th of the month and on the 5th it falls on a Sunday you climb them on Friday BEFORE ... bad!

bad bank, male staff only rude and very unavailable, infinite waiting times. the last time they even told me they were doing me a pleasure to follow me .... I replied that I was not there to have pleasures from them , but A SERVICE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio pessimo. Appena entrati per oltre 10 minuti nessuno ci ha calcolato. La cosa strana è dopo che ci hanno chiesto cosa dovevamo fare, mi hanno fatto parlare con una persona che mi data l'impressione che mi stesse facendo un favore a darmi delle informazioni. Servizio molto scadende, customer service uguale a 0. Spero solo che la direzione prenderà provvedimenti in merito.
Bad service. As soon as we entered for over 10 minutes nobody calculated. The strange thing is after they asked us what we should do, they made me talk to a person who gave me the impression that he was doing me a favor by giving me information. Very poor service, customer service equal to 0. I just hope the management will take action.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho richiesto un prestito per un auto(abbastanza modesto), subito mi hanno reso felice dicendomi che la mia era una situazione positiva e quindi secondo loro sarebbe andato a buon fine... fatto sta che son dovuto tornare un paio di volte per portare tutti i documenti ( sia miei che del garante) e dopo circa due settimane mi dicono che la richiesta è stata rifiutata ?
Rido perché appena ho cambiato banca il prestito mi è stato fatto nel giro di 4 giorni con interessi molto più bassi e servizi nettamente migliori. Grazie Credem per avermi fatto aprire gli occhi
I applied for a loan for a car (quite modest), they immediately made me happy by telling me that mine was a positive situation and therefore according to them it would have been successful ... the fact is that I had to come back a couple of times to bring everyone the documents (both mine and those of the guarantor) and after about two weeks they tell me that the request was refused ?
I laugh because as soon as I changed banks, the loan was made to me within 4 days with much lower interest and much better services. Thanks Credem for making me open my eyes
