Da casa mia si tratta di una mezz'oretta buona di strada, mi presento e la persona che mi aveva dato appuntamento non c'è, vengo ricevuta da un'altra persona. Mi viene detto che il mutuo di solito viene dato solo dopo che si è clienti da un po di mesi e che comunque le condizioni delle altre banche sono migliori. Mi dicono che non è una banca che lavora sul debito ma piuttosto sul credito e mi viene consigliato di rivolgermi altrove. L'avessero detto al telefono mi sarei risparmiata un bel po di tempo.
I call to make an appointment for a quote for the mortgage specifying that I am not a customer and I am given an appointment for three in the afternoon of the same day.
