Stamattina ho provato a fare 57 chiamate, ieri uguale. Nessuno si degna di rispondere. Va bene tagliare i costi, tuttavia un centralinista in una filiale dovrebbe esserci. Sconsigliatissimi! Senza la benché minima scusa mi avvisa che le operazioni richieste le esegue un altro collega. Al tipo spiego in tutta calma che potrebbero organizzarsi meglio per fornire un servizio degno di tale nome. Il soggetto, evidentemente esaurito dalla mole di lavoro che da anni non svolgeva, mi risponde in dialetto con toni degni di uno scaricatore. Ammetto di essere rimasto letteralmente dimmerda, un'uscita così in quella che dovrebbe essere una banca, non me la sarei mai aspettata. Consiglio al direttore di prepensionare soggetti che si permettono di trattare i clienti in questo modo e sostituirli con comode casse automatiche! E se questo lo aggiungo ad un servizio di consulenza assolutamente inesistente ed incompetente, non posso che sconsigliare la sede di questo istituto. Da evitare, una banda di improvvisati! Siamo stati accolti e subito fatti accomodare, sia l'addetta che ci ha seguito che il vice direttore che poi ci ha raggiunto sono stati gentilissimi e disponibilissimi, mi sento davvero di consigliare questa filiale a chi volesse avere anche solo delle informazioni preliminari sul reparto mutui.
