★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La mia esperienza con Findomestic Banca di Mestre non è stata positiva: Anche se nel rilascio della somma richiesta sono stati abbastanza rapidi, per quanto riguarda l'organizzazione e le comunicazione si notano evidenti mancanze. I call center sembrano impreparati e portano le conversazioni fuori tema. In caso di problemi tecnici i tempi per le risposte si allungano all'infinito e spesso non vengono date spiegazioni chiare. Sono sicuro che le lacune della filiale di Mestre verranno sistemate a garanzia della serietà del società parte di un gruppo solido come BNP
 My experience with Findomestic Banca di Mestre was not positive: Although the release of the amount claimed were quick enough, as far as organization and communication there are clear deficiencies. Call centers seem unprepared and take conversations off topic. If you have technical problems time for answers stretch endlessly and often are not clear explanations. I am sure that the gaps in the Mestre branch will be placed as a guarantee of the seriousness of the company, part of a solid group like BNP

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Male, con garante la pratica è stata bocciata, siamo andati alla compass subito approvata e addirittura in 2 giorni I soldi in conto, qui alla findomestic una settimana di attesa. Senza motivazione è stata respinta vergognatevi .
Bad, with guarantor, the practice was rejected, we went to the compass immediately approved and even in 2 days the money in the account, here at findomestic a week of waiting. Without motivation it was rejected shame on you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo servizio telefonico. In una mattinata cercati al numero della filiale per ben 23 volte. Mai nessuna risposta. Il telefono suona a vuoto oppure cade la linea e suona “occupato”.
Non sempre si può fare tutto tramite il portale. A volte devi parlare e confrontarti con un operatore, ma probabilmente questo alla Findomestic non interessa. Mai più finanziamenti con loro.
Bad telephone service. In one morning, look up the branch number 23 times. Never any answer. The phone rings empty or the line drops and rings "busy".
It is not always possible to do everything through the portal. Sometimes you have to talk and compare with an operator, but Astrofinance probably doesn't care. No more funding with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brutta esperienza, una impiegata dell’ufficio di Mestre mi ha fatto perdere un mese prendendomi in giro e in modo poco professionale mi ha detto faccia come crede e mi ha buttato giù il telefono, mi sono rivolto ad un altro istituto di credito e in 24 ore ho il bonifico. UN MESE !!!! Per fortuna che l’azienda dove lavoro è convenzionata con la Findomestic ! Bruttissima esperienza Voto ZERO !!!! Sicuramente procedo a fare una lamentela alla sede centrale !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da evitare accuratamente questo tipo di finanziarie perché cercheranno di spremere fino all'ultimo ed anche molto, molto di più, posto che si riesca ad uscirne, avendo spesso a che fare con call center sgarbati e truffaldini.
This type of financial institution must be carefully avoided because they will try to squeeze to the last and much, much more, provided that you are able to get out of it, often having to deal with rude and fraudulent call centers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Insieme al prestito l'impiegata mi ha forzatamente aggiunto l'assicurazione dicendomi che tanto potevo chiuderla quando volevo ed erano solamente 9€ al mese. Mi ha raccontato che basta fare richiesta al call center e che si sarebbe chiusa nel mese.
Ho fatto la richiesta e dopo 2 mesi che mi prelevavano ancora soldi ho richiamato. Questo per altre 3 volte, fintanto che un'operatrice mi ha avvisato che questo non era possibile:
L'assicurazione stipulata è un prestito a se, e chiuderlo significa restituire tutte le rate che mancano (circa 600€)
L'impiegata mi ha palesemente truffato facendomi stipulare una cosa non richiesta. Alle mail non rispondono, alle chiamate tanto meno e le pec chissa se le guardano.
Avrei una voglia matta di denunciare la cosa ma non ho mai il tempo. Siete proprio disperati se vi abbassate a tanto

The insurance taken out is a separate loan, and closing it means repaying all the missing installments (about € 600)
The clerk has clearly cheated me into stipulating an unsolicited thing. The e-mails do not answer, the calls much less and the pec who knows if they look at them.
I have a great desire to report it but I never have the time. You are really desperate if you go down that far
