★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono andata in questa banca x caso,x la prima volta in quanto quella abituale era chiusa e così ho chiamato e la signora al telefono è stata molto gentile,cosi come 10 minuti dopo molto cordialmente e sorridente mi ha effettuato l'operazione un'altra signora.Mi sa che ci torno ancora soprattutto x il fatto che non c'era quasi nessuno in attesa.Magari fosse sempre così visto che sono sempre di corsa.
I went to this bank for the first time since the usual one was closed and so I called and the lady on the phone was very kind, as well as 10 minutes later very cordially and smiling she performed the operation for me another lady. I know that I still go back especially because there was hardly anyone waiting. Maybe it was always like that since I'm always in a hurry.
